      Cheap caribbean is a rip off .We book vacation for the family for july 4 thru 7 2024 .Around the 2 and third of july hurricane ***** was going to hit ******* so frontier airline canceled our flight and cheap caribbean won't refund me my 2800 dollars.I can't control a hurricane and thats gods work.Cheap caribbean is a scam and a Rip Off dont ever use them.

      I paid for their travel protection which states you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the protection. However when I cancelled they only want to give me travel credit and are denying paying me the money they owe me. I filed a claim with my credit cards and one of them has reapplied the payment because Cheap Caribbean disputes my claim. If they are not going to give a refund they should state that in their travel protection policy. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. I am still going to fight this claim and advise anyone seeking to vacation packages: DO NOT USE CHEAP CARIBBEAN FOR YOUR TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS.

      RIP OFF! I paid for travel insurance and I called a month in advance and sent them a chat to cancel thinking they took care of it and they said I had to click on a link which I never received and I said specifically in the chat that I need to cancel my trip and I called him and said they have no credit for *******!

      By far the worst experience EVER! They took $2,150.00 worth of funds with "rules" that aren't public records/on their website - "it's in their system where they can look at it only". The customer service is unprofessional and straight up, and I quote, "TRASH". You're on hold for about one whole hour min. per call but you will call at least 3-5 times per week, no exaggerations! At this point, I'd like to start a class action suit as no one has money to waste or just to give away in this economy. If you are reading this PLEASE, I beg you to not use this travel agency to purchase any trips - you won't be satisfied and/or end up like me losing over TWO THOUSAND dollars. OH! And to add I tried to cancel within the 24 hour range (actually it was 10.5 hours) so per policies I should not have been charged any penalties!!!!

      I booked hotel and airfare to ****** for my honeymoon on 7/7/24-7/11/24. The flight was canceled and I was given no other alternate flights from ********, nor were they willing to cover my hotel cost. The customer service rep I spoke with at ********************** Caribbean offered me a full refund for the flight portion or travel credits, plus a 50% refund of the hotel cost as travel credits. I opted for the amount in full in travel credits since the refund would take ***** days and I was just going to book another trip. I was told I'd receive these in 1-2 business days. It's been almost a week. Since then, I've spent 15+ hours on hold/on the phone with agents trying to resolve the issue. They sent me FLIGHT credits only, for the same airline that canceled my honeymoon (why would I want to fly with them again?), and are claiming I'll get my credits corrected "soon", but I want to rebook for a vacation next week. No one is able to help, and I'm ready to file a charge back on the original purchase.

      TERRIBLE! This company should be shut down. **************** is AWFUL AND RUDE. Unprofessional, and even a supervisor hung up on me and tried to say the call disconnected. Nope. Those are two different tones on the phone when a call is disconnected compared to ended. Prior, I asked her for a new supervisor since she was unprofessional and she REFUSED. She just kept telling me Im not doing that. When I mentioned I wanted to file a complaint about their poor customer service, thats when she hung up. Its such a scam what theyre doing. I swear they change bookings in order to trick people out of money. This is ridiculous.

      This company is a scam. I came to the DR today, and when we got here, our reservation was with a hotel but they did not pay for it. We have been playing phone tag with these people to get a room for the entire day... so I decided to pay 1 night at the hotel they booked, which was not all inclusive, to buy time to figure out the scam. We asked for refunds and they dont know the amount... this is unfair. Save your money

      *** never booked a flight on my own but wanted to do something special for my birthday. *** referred to this company by a friend of the family but boy do I wish Id ignored this advice. The representative who booked the trip ************************* *********************, asked me for my name, what hotel I wanted to stay in, how many nights & how many people were traveling. He asked for my debit card info and then proceeded to book me for the deal of the day without explanation. I informed ***** that ** already had in mind the kind of room I wanted, a room with an ocean view and two double beds but he said the deal was done and that the trip was non refundable. He also said that since this was the deal of the day that he had no info as to what kind of room this would be or bedding I would have but if worse came to worse they might give me a roll out bed (something I do not want for my 50th birthday) but that hed be happy to check it out for me, that was a week ago & although Ive called & left msgs, I havent heard from him since. Since then Ive called this company several times seeking info from anyone who could help & every time Ive held on for at least an hour before being told to call back for an update about any modifications. Finally during my last call I was told for the 100th time that not only was this trip non refundable but that there were absolutely no modifications. Very different info than what I was told the last 10 phone calls. I asked the current rep to speak with a supervisor to complain about the customer service I received from ***** but was told she wouldnt come to the phone b/c there was no need to speak to her. When I persisted the agent told me to hold on while she convinced the supervisor to speak with me. After holding for an addtnl 20 mins, I was hung up on. From the language barrier, the misrepresentation & poor customer service, this entire company is disgustingly unprofessional, will NEVER in life deal with them again.

      Do not book with Cheap *********! Worst customer service ever! Wait on hold for hours, overcharged by over $2000, still waiting for refund!!! We are back from our trip and have still not received the refund that they promised by multiple agents. Worst experience we have ever had with a travel company. We paid twice what we would have with any other company.....they randomly charged us another $2000 when the trip was paid in full!!! Help please!!!!

      I booked a vacation with them and was never told ****** was the transportation and when we got to ****** we had to take a cab for 110. Then the hotel wouldn't let us in because I booked with ***** instead of ********* and they said I would have to take it up with cheap ********* and please pay us until they clear it up.
