I used this site and this is a scam. Our anniversary experience was terrible. The hotel smelled like mildew and there was mold coming out of the jacuzzi. I fell in the shower and needed 3 stitches. I asked this business to make it right and they declined my grievances. They just said they hoped I was recovering well.

Disappointed by Lack of Accountability Cost Me Extra and Zero Support:I really wanted to love my experience with Cheap Caribbean, but unfortunately, I ran into a major issue that was never properly resolved.I booked a JetBlue flight through their platform and selected specific seats, which were confirmed in my email from Cheap Caribbean. But when I checked in for my flight, JetBlue had no record of those seat selections. At that point, the only seats left were more expensive onesand I had no choice but to pay for them or risk missing my flight and losing my entire trip.I reached out to Cheap Caribbean immediately. JetBlue confirmed, both in a live chat (which I saved) and in a call with a Cheap Caribbean agent on the line, that the seat confirmation had never been sent by the agency. Still, the only solution I was offered was to wait 24 hours for a supervisor callbackwhich made no sense since my flight was leaving before then.I never received that callback. Not in 24 hours. Not in 6 days. I had to follow up myself, and even then, I was told there would be no refund or further escalation. I made every effort to resolve this directly and respectfully but was met with a disappointing lack of ************ not someone who usually posts reviews, but I felt like I had to share this experience. I wouldnt want another traveler to get stuck in a similar situationespecially when youre trusting a company to get important trip details right. I hope Cheap Caribbean reconsiders how they handle situations like this in the future.

I booked a trip to ****** that was overall enjoyable. The thing that wrecked the whole vacation was the flight home. I used the confirmation code provided by cheapCaribbean at the kiosk at the **************. Frontier would not recognize the confirmation code so I had to go to the help desk. It was the same confirmation code that I used to leave ********. It was provided to me twice in the email for both flights. I was trying to check in at the airport an hour and a half before my flight. After standing in line for over 30 minutes I got to the help desk at frontier and they told me that although my flight did not depart until 11:21, I could not board it because it was already 10:30 and I had to be there in an hour before my flight. I told them that it wasn't my fault that I couldn't print my boarding pass and there was still plenty of time to make it to my flight. They refused to let me board and I had to spend $922 to fly home with Southwest. I contacted cheap Caribbean and they said the frontier would not refund my flight and so therefore they would not reimburse me anything. It was not my fault at all that I could not board the flight, but cheap Caribbean, or frontier would not take accountability for the fact that I had incur an extra expense to come home from ******.

I will never use cheap Caribbean again ever! I thought I was getting an all inclusive trip for my boyfriend 30th birthday. This has been such a horrible experience. I wanted my man to experience out the country and something amazing and yall didnt provide that for me. I been so mad since I got to that resort. The pics were a lie! The place didnt look the same and I was told I was getting poolside and I got a jungle of flowers to look at and no pool! Then I went Mar 19 thru 23 and told April 1 the hotel stole 177 dollars! So this website does have hiding fees. Really wish I could get my money back. I will tell everyone not to use the company. The experience was horrific. DONT USE THEM FOR YOUR TRIP!!!!

I would strongly advise against booking with CheapCaribbean. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional travel experience Ive ever had.I booked a vacation package with them, and due to errors made by their own agents, my reservation was canceled THREE times without my consent. Each time, I had to call and rebook, spending over 6 hours on hold trying to fix their mistakes. They even booked my trip under a test account, which isnt even meant for real travel! After all this chaos, I decided to cancel and book directly with the airline and hotel. Thats when they refused to give me a refund for the $3,029.03 I paid and instead tried to force me into a travel credit while deducting $900 in feesfees for mistakes that were entirely their ******** make things worse, they lost $854 of my money and couldnt even account for where it went. Their customer service is a nightmare, full of empty promises, and no one seems to care about actually helping customers. This company is completely dishonest, disorganized, and untrustworthy. If you value your time and money, do yourself a favor and book directly with hotels and airlines. Ive now disputed the charges with my bank, but this should have never happened in the first place.Avoid CheapCaribbean at all costs!

I booked a trip through CheapCaribbean.com based on misleading information that claimed my hotel was 57 miles from the airport. In reality, its 171 miles and requires a 5-hour drive and a ferry crossing.Their own representatives were shocked by the $1,900 car transportation fee on top of what I had already paid for on the trip its self, saying theyd never seen such a high price before. Even more concerning, their employees couldnt believe how their search system worksconsistently showing the furthest hotels from the selected airport and never showing the closest airport options, which makes no sense for travelers. On top of this, they tried to justify the idea of me taking a 5-hour flight and then driving another 5 hours with a 3-year-old who suffers from car sickness, showing a complete lack of consideration for customers needs! Additionally, when you try to make any changes, they attach every possible fee, on top of the expenses already caused by their misleading information. Their system is designed to wear customers down with endless calls, fees, and delays. After over 9 HOURS on the phone, multiple emails that get relied with automated bots (including 3 hours JUST to get a supervisors so called email) and STILL no response to my email, it feels like they want you to give up and accept credit and fees instead of refunding your original payment or finding a proper solution. This deliberate tactic allows them to keep your money, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. *** filed a dispute with my credit card, as this feels like a scam. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I trusted this company to simplify travelnot to make it worse.

I have been trying to get in contact with this company for over two weeks regarding a hotel that I reserved being on strike.so that we can move hotels. I keep getting told a supervisor will contact me and have yet to hear from anyone. This has been the worst experience ever. To top it off a an agent was going to move me and then disassembled my package before getting approval now I have a 9k additional charge on my account that no one can seem to fix… this trip was prepaid!!! Never again!! Also they own uplift and they own the am star so they are getting so much money from their clients and won’t help in the least! My son is special needs so there are certain accommodations we need for him so a move is needed with special accommodations and I fear we will not be able to find the correct accommodation anymore before it’s getting close to our travel date

I will not even rate 1 star because Cheap Caribbean deserves ZERO star. CB is a RIP off. They do not provide the service for the money they are charging. They do not keep their promise. Their customer service is not efficient. Our flight got cancelled till 24 hours, we missed one night at the hotel in ************** in ************** due to Flight cancellation, I have been asking for a refund since July 2024 and no one has ever reached out to me yet>. Not only that they charged extra for that vacation promising ALL INCLUSIVE but also it was 2 Star resort and no all inclusive. WE paid 200$ extra for Airport to resort transportation but it took them long to confirm our airport pick up. Transportation from Hotel to the airport was confirmed the night before by the hotel staff and that did not show up till literally one hour before our flight time. The driver drove recklessly to the airport because he was late for a pick up. We literally RAN to in for security check point. . Their poor service was not able to even find my FOOD BAG that I forgot in one of their buses. The resort is called port of call ( 2 star ) We travel frequently around the world. This is our very first and Worst travelling experience. Will not recommend to ANYONE. This company shoud shut down or go out of business. I am surprised to see its still in the business. Feel sorry for people who books vacation through Cheap Caribbean ( Name should be Cheap service Caribbean instead )
