    Our practice has been using Specialty Answering Service to handle incoming phone calls for the past 28 months and could not be happier with them. The *** staff does an outstanding job screening calls and taking messages, which permits our minimal staff to devote so much more time to taking care of our dog and cat patients.Similarly the *** software lets us exchange text messages with clients and easily select/play back conversations the *** staff had with clients whenever we need to clarify things.*** is a gamechanger. We can't recommend them highly enough.
