    The *** team has been outstanding and very different from my experience with some of their competitors. I judge companies by how they respond to challenges, problems and the unexpected. *** demonstrates a passion for stepping up and doing right by their clients. I have not been the easiest client, I am sure. I am very particular about my script and agent performance. They do not flinch. We have worked together to get it all right. This is VASTLY different from my efforts with other answering services. And it is important to note my interactions have been with multiple members of the *** team. The culture permeates throughout their company. Good for them. Good for us. I highly recommend Specialty Answering Service.

    This business does not have its own call center. They resell services of other call centers without informing the client. It is a shady business practice and also in violation of **** and other privacy laws such as CCPA. ************* is provided to other call centers whose services are what this BUSINESS RESELLS. There is no disclosure about this by this business. A lawsuit is on its way. Customers beware and stay away from this business if you care about your privacy and data. BUYER BEWARE!

    I have been using the service for years and the customer ********************** has been excellent in responding to my concerns, making adjustments to support the operator workflow and retraining when needed. Very easy to get support on the phone or by email and very quick to respond

    They can do anything you need them to! Their service is robust and they take the time to make sure that you understand how to use it all. The billing is SUPER transparent and it's easy to move up or down a plan depending on current usage.
