    Waiting for a refund since Dec. 2023. Dozens of phone calls and emails and they say it's coming but never does. I had a lawyer send a Letter of Demand to their address and it was returned to me undeliverable. They owe me $1502.

    I join a number of similar clients of this company in complaining that they do not offer a pro-rated refund if you sell your vehicle before the end of the policy coverage period. I was told that they could close out my relationship with them by the *** but said that I wanted to speak to the supervisor regarding my desire to speak about their policy. I was told that the supervisor was working from home that day and I would not be able to speak to him. His name was *******. I said that this was not a good practice that the supervisor could not be reached. The *** then told me that they do not prorate payouts when closing an account. He asked if I wanted to transfer the coverage over to another vehicle. I stated that I only had the one vehicle (a new car) with its own new coverage. After giving me a number for ******* he said that he would not answer my call. Then he summarily hung up the line. I called *******, left a message and have not had a return call. Thankfully, I had no need to use Concord Auto Protect for an issue the previous 4 years and 3 months so I did not have to deal with their ineptitude as noticed on many reviews of this company.

    Run, don't walk away from this company! This company is staffed by liars and thieves.On Jan 9th 2024 I sold a vehicle that I had a service contract on. I called Concord and cancelled the contract as I am allowed to do. My cancellation entitled me to a pro rata refund which I understood. In all the months since ( it is now May 2024), after tens of calls and email and certified letters I still do not have a refund. The excuses are many and all are outright lies. I have even talked directly to the person who owns this company, **************************** All to no avail. As of May 5th 2024 I still have no refund.Do not use this business for your warranty protection unless you like getting ripped off.

    This company acts in a fraudelent manner. I purchased an extended vehicle service warranty in August 2023. My car has been in the shop since february 29, 2024 waiting on Concord Auto Protect to authorize repairs. It took over 6 weeks to get them to send an adjuster to review the work required, only to have Concord repeatedly sent the adjuster back for various reason.Phone calls do not connect to Agent in charge. Emails now bounce back as undeliverable.

    I bought my policy two years ago. Then sold the car. There was a $584.00 refund due and they said it could take up to a month to receive it. It has now been two abd a half months. I have called and spoken with ***** three times, ****** a few times and *******. All fake names I am sure. Each says Ill just have to wait. Its been 2.5 months and no refund. I never had a claim. FRAUD. DI NIT BIT THTS WARRANTY.

    Pretty straight forward when buying the new warranty plan. I did call other places and Concord Auto Protect seemed to have the best pricing for the warranty plan. Would recommend!

    Is this even a real company??! They play on the phone every time you call-(and I’ve been calling alot) pretending like they can’t hear you or hanging up, they tell you to contact the supervisor by email..(fake supervisor )you do, and NO response from anybody!! It’s never okay to take people’s money and not give them any service!!! My car has been in the shop for 4 months. The shop sent you several emails and you pretend like it’s your first time hearing about my car! I need ALL of my money back! like I’m just paying for absolutely nothing. “Concord Auto Protect” take money from my account every month, but can’t even give any service?? Why?
    Everything I’ve written here is true, do not trust these people

    Im writing this review to hopefully save somebody the stress that I have endured due to this unprofessional company. I will keep writing reviews until I get what was promised to me when purchasing my auto protection plan. At the beginning of January 2023 I bought 2 auto protection plans simultaneously thinking I was getting piece of mind. One was for a 2013 Dodge Challenger and one was for a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. At the end of February I felt the chevrolet malibu was not shifting correctly so I brought the car in to the service department of celebration chevrolet dealership. The service department then informed me there is transmission issues. Following that we emailed the service department our protection plan from Concord Auto Protect. Concord auto protection requested a specific list of documents to move forward with the repair. We along with the service advisor at the chevrolet dealership provided each and every requested document. We have called every other day, Concord Auto protect refuses to return my phone calls, repeatedly disconnect my phone calls or tell me they will have a manager call back that never does. It appears they are trying to get out of taking responsibility for their Auto Protection Plan. They are not upholding their responsibilities of what they sold me and I payed for both protection plans in full.

    I find myself compelled to share my ongoing ordeal with this thoroughly unprofessional car dealership, hoping to spare others from the unimaginable stress I've been enduring. Despite having expressed my dissatisfaction through multiple reviews, I remain steadfast in my commitment to continue writing until the promises made during the purchase of my auto protection plan are fulfilled.

    In the early days of January 2023, I made the ill-fated decision to purchase two auto protection plans simultaneously, believing it would provide me with peace of mind for my 2013 Dodge Challenger and 2016 Chevrolet Malibu. Regrettably, by the end of February, my optimism was shattered when I noticed the Chevrolet Malibu wasn't shifting correctly.

    Bringing the car to Celebration Chevrolet dealership's service department, I was informed of significant transmission issues. Subsequently, we promptly sent the protection plan from Concord Auto Protect to the service department as requested. Despite our diligence and collaboration with the service advisor at the dealership, the response from Concord Auto Protect has been nothing short of a nightmare.

    Concord Auto Protect, despite being provided with every document they requested, has chosen to ignore my calls. They repeatedly disconnect my calls, and promises of a manager returning my call are consistently unfulfilled. It is painfully evident that Concord Auto Protect is actively avoiding taking responsibility for the auto protection plan they sold me. Their failure to uphold their commitments, despite my full payment for both protection plans, is an egregious betrayal of trust.
