      Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality Toll Brothers delivers. We chose Toll Brothers as our first home because of its reputation of being a luxury builder and we absolutely regret it. We went under contract January 2022 for a townhome labeled as a Winter 2022 home. We were in no rush to move in, but our house ended up being complete in August 2022. After an unhappy first walkthrough 2 weeks prior to our close date, we were still forced to close. Our contractors painted the interior of the house wrong, repainted to the correct color without priming or sanding so there were streaks everywhere, and it was overall a terrible paint job. Finishes were poorly done and look cheap. Our PM at the time of our walkthrough even said that most of these could be covered with furniture and when we pointed out stains in the carpet & said we could use carpet cleaner. In no way did we feel comfortable closing on a house in the condition it was in, but we had a long list of items that were promised to be fixed while the house was under warranty through their service portal.
      6 months in, we've had a number of contractors in and out of the house. Our customer care rep, Christina is great, but she's only one person & is spread too thin. Every time they try to address an issue, they break something else and we have to schedule another set of contractors for another time. My tipping point was when they came to fix our uneven floors - we initially thought they'd inject the floors, but they opened up our garage and started chipping away at structural pieces of wood damaging our drywall then leaving dust everywhere in the garage and on our belongings because we had no clue they would open up that much. Had I known we'd go through all of this trouble & have to live with lack of confidence that this house was built properly, I wish we went with another builder close by that cost less. None of this is worth the money.

      high prices, poor workmanship. its a big new house so thats nice but the attention to detail is terrible. definitely do not get what you paid for.

      We purchased and closed on our home from Toll Brothers in October, 2022. Upon closing and doing the final walkthrough of the home, the customer care agent said that we would see things that need to be fixed as we moved in and to take note of them as they would follow up in a "1 month meeting" with us to address issues and anything that may need to be fixed. Here we are, January 2023, 3 months later and still have not had our "1 month" meeting. It was originally cancelled a week prior to when it was supposed to be and has not since been rescheduled. We have had issues and major imperfections through the entire home that need to be addressed since we've moved in, we have taken note of them since moving in and they continue to pile up. A microwave that hasn't worked since we moved in, a leaky shower that is damaging the flooring/ walls, plumbing back up after being in the house for less than a week, cracks getting larger and larger in the dry wall with new ones coming up WEEKLY, etc. We have tried contacting "customer care" for MONTHS and they stopped replying to us. It seems as if there is only 1 person at a time in charge of customer care and the only times we heard from them was when they were letting us know they were out sick and that our concerns would be addressed when they got back. Yet, here we are, with damages and safety concerns piling up, and no one from customer care has responded to us or reached out and they continue to ignore our requests for scheduling their teams to come out and make these fixes that are apart of the contract. Absolutely horrible customer service. Maybe at this rate we'll get our "1 month meeting" when its finally time to call it a "1 year meeting". Do not buy a home from this company.

      If I could give less than 1 star, they’d get it. Our “luxury condo” 6 years old, had a leak in the bathroom which resulted in rotted wood, black mold, and forced us to spend well over $20,000 to repair. We spoke with multiple people at Toll, and they couldn’t care less. They used improper Sheetrock, did not do proper waterproofing and cut corners every chance they could. They hire cheap unskilled laborers that only care about getting paid rather than the quality of their work.
      Never buy anything built by Toll Brothers. They do not stand behind their work, yet they show RECORD PROFITS!!

      We bought at an over 55 in Allaire New Jersey. There were some delays in Constuction, but understandable because of the general state of Supply Chain issues.
      However, we picked our lot because, although not greatly oversized, it backed up to about 2 acres of Community HOA Property and we were assured by the Sales Agent that this particular parcel would be Sodded, not just seeded. We paid an extra 70,000 for this lot. Apparently, our neighbors on either side were told the exact same thing, and also paid a hefty premium for their lots. During the construction process, this statement was repeated to us by the head of exterior construction and two different members of Toll Landscape. Toll even went so far as to put in irrigation in the entire parcel, to support sodding it.
      Now that we have closed, we were just informed that "someone" in Toll senior management has decided that the cost of sod would be too high and they will just seed the area. There is no other area of Common Property in the development that was seeded AND has an irrigation system.
      I can no longer trust Toll to fulfill their commitments, and no one thinking of buying a Toll home should either.

      You do not know how to build a home and they know how to build one good model home. Thing is, you will not find the issues on the home, contract, paints and finishes. There is just so much wrong with the house that I don’t know how long it will take to get everything covered under warranty. The process to set up a claim is not easy because it’s on a portal. You’ll have to call each different vendor and contractor to do a claim. The qualify of the home is so bad, they do only finish the home to pass inspections and if it were up to them they’ll live it to you to find if anything is wrong to make a claim. I would expect the experts to do the walk through and point on to the contractors the bad job they did with their work. I’m telling you theses homes are not worth what they say they are worth and I’m for sure coming in and putting about $200 grand more to finish it. The homes don’t even come with lights in the rooms.

      Waste of time and money they show you these amazing homes called model homes and tell u u can build just like that after you buy the house your quickly learn that they won't build all these add on cause they to busy and once your house is ready you better pray everything was done good cause anything u warranty no matter want it no no is showings up to fix it . My water heater on my own my ac on my own outlets . And when they say they will check up every week on you for the 1 st 4 weeks no has called me until now it's been 2 months and hoa would let u you add a anything without going to helll

      We were elated to get a lot at Regency Folsom Ranch near Sacramento based on builder reputation. Four months after moving in we can honestly say this is the worst home building experience of our lives. It has been a nightmare. Because TB couldn't get its act together delays and, yes, three scheduled closings. And when we did our final work-through, after being told everything would be "fixed" by closing, there were over 20 issues concerning horrible finish work. Outlets didn't work, the washing machine hookup was messed up, concrete had paint spots all over, we had no microwave (still don't!), the loaner dishwasher flooded the kitchen, the builder forgot our house came with shutters, the backdoor slider mechanism literally shut off this fire escape exit for months, laundry water was messed up, the garage gate remotes didn't work, stucco siding looks like it was put on by a child, and no one at TB new how the high tech light switches work. Talk to TB and mostly what you get is deflection (the trades are the blame) and downplay (ie. the siding is within variance--really!). But the nightmare has been with the upgraded cabinets so horribly installed that doors and drawers bump into each other, moldings were -- and are -- missing, and facades are scratched and dented. At four months, we finally got on the cabinet schedule -- nope, one of many no show that TB failed to alert us about. We even told management here that, given a chance, we would back out. They don't care. That's the problem, TB is about itself, its profits, building tons of houses while "finished" houses sit needing repairs. Management doesn't listen. Many homeowners share this nightmare but misery doesn't love company. Slowly, repairs are being made but that doesn't lessen.
      TB should cut a check or offer a benefit to us for this ongoing experience but an inquiry to the top TB person here didn't merit a replay. One thing is certain, we deeply regret this purchase.

      We used Toll Brothers to build a new home in the Belterra development near Austin, TX. We thought we were using a high end builder for our new home, and the price we paid reflected that.
      When all was said and done, we were very disappointed with their work. Lots of corners cut, lousy concrete work, etc. Their warranty support is very poor.
      From someone who actually used them, our recommendation is to stay the hell away from Toll Brothers.

      We had an incredibly unpleasant experience with Toll Brothers in California. We entered into a contract with them for 370 Aleso in August 2021, and they told us the estimated completion time would be 12 months. However, after waiting one year, we received an email telling us that construction may be delayed another 6 months. This has been the worst experience we have ever had - sales manager (Kristi ****) are unprofessional and dismissive of our concerns; she did not take our issues seriously and was unwilling to help find a resolution. It seems like no one at Toll Brothers cares about us anymore since entering into the contract.
