january 20 2024 $6814 i bought turbos from them a few months ago and now they wont answer my calls or ship my product. they have not given my a tracking number because they havent sent anything. i call and they that they are "sending this week or the start of next week", its been about three months and i still cant drive anywhere. i call customer service and get the same excuse everytime.Initial Complaint

So, I ordered off their site early in September. I've never received my item from them. I've contacted them via email asking about it, at first they were emailing me back. But, then they starter not getting back to me when I asked again about a update. So, I emailed again asking for the order to be canceled, they said they sent a message to their shop manager regarding it, and said they would be getting in touch with me to discuss, either continuing shipment or starting a refund. That was January 25th, today is February 7th and I haven't heard anything back yet. I would like my product but at this point I'd rather have a refund and purchase from a different company.Initial Complaint

Took an extended period of time to get the ball rolling. Their website stated in stock, I ordered, transmission had to be "special" made. They sent a transmission, one that was not what was ordered or would work. Tried to scam me out of my core saying the rejected transmission was my core return. Got my transmission months later from them and sent them my actual core. And then it took 7 months to get my money returned, i repeatedly contacted them, got them to say everything in writing including saying the approved my vore return and intended to refund me, and I contacted my credit company and had them handle the core return of 2k. It was blantantly obvious that they werent planning to. I waited couple days after the transaction went through. And now after minimal miles-- for sure less than 5k miles on the transmission-- the top end went out. Contacted them about a warranty. But I'm sure I'll have just as much trouble as before.Initial Complaint

August 27 2023 I purchased a HSP high flow bundle kit online from CPP diesel with the knowledge that it would have a lead time of 8-12 weeks, they called me within 30mins of that order to make sure I wanted to order the product still and I confirmed as long as it would be that period of time. Over the months I was in contact via email with their “customer service” which I was lead to believe it was almost ready to be shipped in September. Come November I hadn’t heard anything emailed again on the 12 week and they told me it was still back ordered going back on what they previously said, I then called them and left a voicemail and finally I called HSP directly which is the company that makes the product and learned they had cut CPP off as a dealer for their parts, with this info I called cpp again and finally spoke to a Jamie which is suppose to be the manager in which he said he would have answers for me by the next morning, he didn’t call me so I called again and he said by the following week he would have a tracking number for me(November 22-24) I called that Wednesday because I still didn’t receive anything, and again today 11/27/23 and left another message, I currently have no product and out over 2500$ and no contact, and then learned there is a Facebook group for a lawsuit against them. I made a purchase of $925.18 on August 11,2022,they told me the part was back ordered because of Covid. I ask every month when and the said it’s out 30 days. I the in may of 2023 I ask for a refund the would not refund my money. I kept asking nicely, then in August 2023 they ask if I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. I said yes. Mid August I email them and ask when and where is my refund. They said they did refund it and if I didn’t get it to go thru my credit card company and have them track it down. To this date I have received no refund and it’s after the date to get it from the credit card company. Ccpdiesel will not give me the date or how it was refunded. They only have a email address and no phone number to make contact. I believe they know the time frames and did this to leave no recourse to get a return on funds spent. These guys are crooks. I wish I read the reviews before I sent my money to them. Credit card said the I have 260 days to get a return on money. Well with todays parts availability it’s common to wait 6 month to get a part. I purchased an injector pump from cpp diesel and received in a timely matter. I sent the core back way before the dead line and also had to send the core to industrial injection instead of cpp diesel. I have the UPS conformation email that they did receive and also industrial injection has told me over the phone it is a good core. They have filed it to CPP Diesel. The problem is that CPP Diesel will not give me my $400 refund after several several attempts through email because they wont answer the phone.Initial Complaint

On November 27, 2021 I went online to CPP Diesel’s website and purchased a new engine. Small print on the website indicated 10 to 12 weeks shipping. The website had selections for different options for the engine, we made the selections based on what we needed. The receipt did have a note about shipping delays due to *****. I also had to sign a form saying I had a custom order due to making those selections. It has been almost 22 months since I made that order and they have not sent me my engine yet. I send them an email every few months and when I ask for an update on my engine I get the same basic response, ‘waiting on parts, or supply chain issues but we will let you know when it is ready to ship’. We asked if there were any changes we could make to the customization to get it done and there was no reply to the question but the same canned response of ‘waiting for parts, requested an update, we will let you know as soon as possible’. They never did let us know anything. A year and a half ago the excuse was they were only waiting for a couple of parts to finish the rebuild and it would be at least a couple of weeks before it was ready to ship. In May of 2023 I asked for a list of parts they were waiting on and something showing the backorder on those parts and their response was ‘they were not provide a list of missing parts and were waiting for the engines to arrive, once complete they would provide shipping information’, so a year earlier they did not have the engine in when they claimed they were waiting on a few parts to complete it. This week's excuse was “delays causing a domino effect on all their engines but mine would be shipping soon”. I paid almost eight thousand for this engine which they collected immediately but have yet to fulfill. I have had no real information given to me just the same basic response every time. I've given them the benefit of the doubt for 22 months on delays, but no longer trust they intend to give me what I paid for.Initial Complaint

Order a set of HSP pipes, within an hour was emailed about them being on 6-8 weeks of back order, so I said to cancel the order.
Now I cannot get an answer from CPP, and they won’t cancel the order. They continue to tell me the pipes are on back order at their warehouse and they have to have confirmation from the warehouse first before issuing a $1200 refund… yet it’s been 6 weeks since the original order was placed and cancelled. At this point it’s theft… do not order any parts from this company.
