      Ordered a $5200.00 Fuel P-pump for 94 Dodge Ram in Sept. 2024. Received call back within a week that part would be received within 3 months. I've been making payments thru ****** loan company so *** has been paid for the part. I've been making payments of $300 per month for a year now yet I've not received the part, I've made numerous attempts via phone and emails to follow up on why I've not received the part with no return call or emails from *******

      In November I placed a purchase for a full custom engine build along with many auxiliary components. In total the order was $21,000.00 and change. I was told this order would take ***** weeks. We are now 32 week in and the business is slow or doesnt answer emails or calls. The owner continues to have excuses why nothing has been done. Originally it was he was behind because the machine shop. Then it was back ordered parts as of today it was 6 weeks of calling and emails. The new excuse is poor quality bearings from the manufacturer. He has stated he is waiting until all parts are available prior to starting the job. I have requested proof and gotten nothing from them. I asked for a full refund. They say its a custom order. There are no refunds. When I ask for an ***. I am told he wont guess when it will be done.

      Ordered on August 8th, and received a generic email about the order. Everything is attached. I have not received my order and have sent emails requesting a status update, but no response. I finally just sent a request for a refund, but again no response. There are multiple complaints from this business. People are losing money, and you allow them to continue to operate and hurt people. Their site should be shutdown and they should not be allowed to do this people. Some people have lost more money than I have.

      On 4/15/2025 I ordered a gasket kit from CPP that showed as being in stock I was later informed that it was on back-order. After 3 months they claimed they were refunding my money but never did. I have contacted them by E-mail several times with no resolution. Have gotten replies that they have forwarded to their accounting department but it has been over a month and I haven't seen my refund or a reply from their accounting department. I have tried to call a couple times but have never been able to get through, doesn't seem like anyone answers the phones. My order total was $170.92

      I placed an order with the company on 1-31-25 part of the shipment was on backorder so I was waiting for it. On 4-10-25 I informed them that I found it elsewhere. They told me that I would get a refund then they tried to say that it was shipped and we fought about it and they have told me a few times that they are going to refund it but never have. This has been going on for a long time and i'm tired of trying to get my refund.

      Ordered exhaust brake from cpp on April 18 2025. I have not received part as of yet. I asked in the first part of july for a refund. Which they did without telling me that they where going to. July 11 i think was day of refund. Only problem i never got it. Finally got to talk to person in accounting. The only info he could provide was the last 4 on the card. He gave me the info and it was not correct. It was one number off from my card numbers. He wasnt able to do anything and never got back to me. I have emailed them multiple times with basic response back from customer service.

      ordered parts from cpp on nov. 6 ********************************************************************* the 2 weeks it was stated to ship in, after receiving a response from cpp on dec. 5th ************************************************** billing and the case had been sent to accounting to be resolved. This was the last communication i received from this company to date in a 9 month time frame. i have sent many emails, called hundreds of times and left voicemails to no response. i do not believe this company intends to fulfill my order nor refund my money. after i began to not be able to make contact with the company i found many many reviews from people describing similar issues. this company is going beyond extended wait times with no intention to fulfill orders and happily taking peoples money. i believe this entire company is fraudulent.

      Called them an ordered a part they said they had on the shelves. After finding out they dont have it I requested a refund an its been a ongoing thing since never seen a refund take a month.. for me thats no good when a customer spent there money an its holding me up. Never seen any service like this before. An if you call no answer...

      $1168.62 was paid to CPP Diesel on 3/19/25 for 9 items (listed on attached pdf) through their website. The items have not been received and they will not refund the money. The status on this order still says "awaiting shipment" and no further updates have been provided since 5/5/25. All phone calls and emails go unanswered.
