I purchased an engine from CPP in January of 2023 and I have not received the engine. I was in contact with them over email trying to get updates and wondering why it was taking so long. I originally ordered a rebuilt engine with several external new parts that were supposed to be installed on the engine on December 21 2021 the contract was for a 3 to 4 month build time the supply chain problem delayed the build process for lack of available parts. They finally sent one of the external parts in November of 2022 then on December 27 I finally received the bare engine not what I ordered. I was still missing four external parts. February I received two of the four parts remaining and as usual after multiple emails and messages I have received no response. The parts I haven’t received cost $1500Initial Complaint

I bought a set a WeatherTech Window Deflectors from CPP Diesel on 1/27/2023 for $114.95* ***** ******* and when I received them on 3/13/2023 ( yes it took that long after I had emailed them several times asking when I would get them) and two of them were broken. I contacted CPP and they said that UPS would pick them up, which they did, and that I would receive a full refund in 1-3 business days. I have not received a refund and now they will not reply to any e-mails I send them. I wish I had known about their shady business practices before I ordered anything from them. All I want is my $114.95 to be refunded to my credit card but I'm starting to wonder if I ever will after reading complaints already filed against them.Initial Complaint

I purchased a fuel tank for $1224.00 on 12/03/2021. it was a special order, that they said would take 8-11 weeks. Then they said it was on backorder till the beginning of summer. In July I ask to cancel the order and get my money back, they said no cancelations and then stated that it should be shipped the following week. They did not ship it. In August they said 4-6 more weeks before shipment. I tried to cancel again and they said once authorized the refund will be issued. Now all I get in response is they're looking into it. Nov 22,2022: our customer requested used to purchase them a Cummins 12 Valve 6BT Take Out Engine Conversion Ready for $6,949.00. To witch was paid via a bank wire transfer within 3 hours of the order.
Dec 2, 2022 I sent an email asking if we had any kind of lead time to get the engine to us as our customer is waiting and this means they can not work. Received a response of Still going to be out a bit.
Dec. 22, 2022 I sent another email asking for a lead time. To witch I was told that it was a special order and time.
I get this completely, however the website states to call them but there is no phone number anywhere to call. And your lucky if you can get a response from them once you start asking questions or trying to get any type of answer from them.

When I ordered a part from them, they sent the wrong part. They tried to give me a hard time about sending it back but the package was not opened (I could see through the plastic bag that it was the wrong part,) so they had to accept the return. I sent it back specifically how they stated with a tracking number etc. so I was able to see that they received the item. They stated that once they received the package, I would get my refund. I patiently waited for weeks to get my refund. Weeks turned into months. It has been MANY months now, approximately 7 months and all they tell me is they “are sorry for the delay and have asked for a credit memo for my return.” I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

Ordered a transmission on Nov 18, 2021. Was told 8-12 weeks for it to be completed instead of the normal 3-4 weeks.
It is now Nov 14, 2022 and I still do not have my transmission..
Countless contacts with the company and no solid answers. Just keep saying parts are back ordered. Will not return money.
Will not tell me what vendor for gears.
Will not help at all.
Paid $6783.98 UPFRONT for transmission. And do not have any of it.
Just want my money back.
