  eLocal has been a great supplement for generating leads for our law firm. We really like the call transfer feature as we have the lead on the phone rather than having to chase the lead down. Also, their refund policy is very fair. We have been using eLocal for a couple of years and will continue to use their services. Lastly, their customer service is excellent!

As for managing credits and ensuring a high conversion rate, I highly recommend hiring a good call center like Local Igniter they deliver an 85% call-to-order conversion rate.

  You will be charged for calls that you never get to speak to a customer and other scenarios. They do not have any management to speak to or the reps are trained to avoid letting you speak to them. They do not want to hear your side when you spend $70 for a single lead and it is an irrelevant call. In the end they will frustrate you to the point that you remove yourself from their system. No consideration for the fact that I have used their services for over a decade before elocal even took over the company. Long term customer that has spent 100s of thousands with them over a decade and they don't care and will let you pull your company over one dispute. Their service is a good idea for starting companies but ran like a **** poor lemonade stand

  Weve done it all. ****, HomeAdvisor, thumbtack, Yelp, honestly one of the best lead sources in the industry. Instead of me chasing people theyre calling me directly. At first I thought it was too good to be true, and then we got our first inbound! Thank you elocal and team!
