    Worst lead company I ever worked with. They call you from spam numbers just to charge the lead. Multiple calls there will be no one answer the call and then hang up once the call gets connected. Stay away from this chest company. Very untrusting business practices. Wasted almost a $1000 with them

    Knowingly work with **** companies on appliance repair. I was scammed by a company called **************** also DBA ********** Appliance repair. With a quick ****** these companies show up as scam companies. I tracked down the original number called and it came back as an eLocal Number. I spoke to eLocal and they confirmed it was their number and lead but seemed completely unconcerned that the company information takes you to a scam company. They were made aware that all information and stated it was my issue not theirs. I would file a BBB report on these companies in addition to eLocal but as expected neither company shows up. At this point, eLocal is knowingly profiting by supporting scam companies.

They confirmed they were away unexpectedly and were unable to respond as quickly as they normally would.     *******! We thank you so much for all the help, support and effort you put in every day to help us achieve our goals as a company. ELocal wouldnt be the same without you, as you are fair with the calls and refund process. As a client going to 2 yrs with you guys I can tell every company owner that eLocal is a legit business does what it promises of course like everything it has certain flaws with refunds and some rude people, other than that, it helped us grow the business!

    I've been buying locksmith leads from this company for a while now, and overall I’m very satisfied with the service. The dashboard is easy to use and helps me manage my leads efficiently. The staff is professional, responsive, and always quick to help with any questions or issues.
    The leads are generally good quality and bring in real jobs. Of course, there are sometimes questionable calls that don’t convert into actual customers — I’ve requested refunds for a few of those, but the company didn’t always agree to issue credits.

    Daivery and elocal have been a blessing for my company, I have been using them for over a year now and Daivery l, my **** is always there when I need him, even weekends and holidays. He has helped me grow my business at my pace and to make sure I have work when I need it. First year in business is hard, elocal makes it easy

    I'm thoroughly impressed with the service I received from ******* ********! From start to finish, the communication was seamless, and responses were prompt. ******* ******** was always available to answer questions and provide assistance, no matter the time. She went above and beyond to help me with my calls, dashboard, and accounts info, making sure everything was in order. Additionally, she assisted with payment and reimbursement processes, making it a hassle-free experience. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication to resolving my issue were top-notch. I'd highly recommend her to anyone needing help she's a true asset! 200/200 stars!

    I manage marketing for 2 roofing companies out in the midwest and we started using eLocal for roofing leads about 2 weeks ago. They've been awesome to work with and so far, and a solid lead source for the price. My **** ********* ********, has been great to work with -- very responsive, patient, and supportive. Even the support line is quite responsive and helpful. It's a 50/50 split between valid vs. invalid leads, which is fine -- to be expected with many lead providers. The difference with eLocal is that they make it super easy to dispute invalid leads and get a credit as needed -- assuming you're requesting credits in a timely manner and have an actual valid reason. Pay attention to the billable vs. unbillable policy + listen to each recording as they come in and you'll be just fine. All in all, eLocal is probably one of the best lead providers we've tried this year, and we've tested MANY... Highly recommend!

    $1,100 for the first 10 leads $1,250 for the next 10 leads $1,300 for the next 10 leads $1,450 for the next 10 leads $1,500 for the next 10 leads $1,600 for the next 10 leads $1,650 for the next 10 leads (just about to do this) $8,200 for 60 leads in 5 months. As a small business this will push 90% of companies out of business. Prices per lead have increased 167% in 5 months Volume is decent, but they push you to increase service area constantly, they push you to increase service hours, they push you to increase call limit per day, mysteriously call volume dies off after a round of agreed on calls for a certain price and then they push to increase price immediately. They call review policy has changed. They no longer have a call review direct line number. They expect a plumber to cover all 1000 tasks that plumbers covers even though no plumber in our network covers all 1000 types of jobs. Do Not trust these folks
