    This account was settled with this creditor. this account should no longer be on my credit report! Id like this removed from my credit report and no further dealings with this creditor.

    First call to this agency I was told my Social Security number was NEEDED as the only way to pull up my account. I said I was not comfortable sharing it, and was told that I HAD TO provide it. On my second call, they did it not need it. I am highly suspicious of identity fraud from the agent who took my first call. I was not provided with any proof of payment.

The credit card was processed on January 31, 2025, and your account was updated to PIF. TCS requested deletion of its trade line from all credit reports at that time and closed its file.

    I just got an alert on my credit monitoring app that this company opened a credit account in my name. I did not recognize this company or the amount charged so I googled it and saw it is a collection company! I do not pay bills late let alone not pay them at all so whatever this is is fraudulent or a mistake in their system. I have not received any kind of call or piece of mail asking me to pay some outstanding bill from this company, how is anyone supposed to rectify something they're not aware of?? I am reporting them here and through my credit monitoring agency for fraud.

Following receipt of this Complaint, TCS has discontinued collection of this account, requested deletion of its trade line from all credit reports and closed its file. Any questions need to be directed to Commonwealth ****** at **************.

    Torres Credit Services (TCS) has placed a collection account on my ********************** report without notifying me or providing any opportunity to validate the alleged debt. This is a direct violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), which requires collection agencies to notify consumers of their rights and allow for debt validation before reporting debts.I have no record of this debt and have never received any communication from TCS. The alleged debt was reported to the credit bureaus without my knowledge or proper validation. This failure to follow ***** guidelines has severely damaged my credit score, causing unnecessary financial stress and jeopardizing my ability to secure future credit or ******** this account was reported without adherence to legal requirements, I demand the immediate removal of this account from my ********************** reports. I also request written confirmation that the trade line has been deleted and that no further collection efforts will be made regarding this matter.This has caused significant harm to my financial stability, and I expect a prompt resolution to minimize further damage.

    First off .. there is no contract between Torres credit service and I .. of so please provide proof... 2nd the reporting shows a balance and me being current... Which one is it .. please remove all reporting from my report.

    I just checked my credit report on 1/2/2025 and it seems that TORRES CREDIT SERVICES is claiming I opened something on September 30 2024 in the amount of $4534 and I did not. I have no affiliation with this company at all.
