Took my skills and CNA exam with this company on 6/5/24 and have yet to receive my results or have them sent to the state. The customer service is horrible and I have yet to get them and it's been over a month. I have called and sent emails and have yet to get a resolution or a response at that. I paid to take this test in hopes of being able To get a job, which isn't the case no one cares the state or California needs to make them do their job.

I trained for my *** certification with a School in *******, ******** and l want to take my certification exams to get certified. However, Credentia 365 is saying they have a backup with dates people can start testing for their exams, and that they have to wait until 30 Days to do the skills testing. By waiting for 30 Days, most people would forget some of the steps they learned and that causes them to fail the exams. My application states that l will be testing with INF which means in-facility-testing. Meanwhile, the facility that l took my class with does not have in-facility testing. The turn around time anybody could test is after one month if they failed the exams. So by the default saying one month, it means the facility or Credentia is preventing me from testing after graduating from the *** class. I contacted Credentia about it and they told me l can go around the problem to test by Distance. However, the distance puts me to test about 100 miles away, and the nearest date and time is about a month at 8am. I increased the distace to 200, and 500 mile radius and still there was no change to the dates available. That's why l know it was purposefully done so to limit students or me. I have trained in class for 5 weeks and excelled on all my exams. I did another week of clinical training at a nursing facility. l was allowed to work on my on the same Day with little supervision because of my prior experience as a ***. I exemplified professionalism, empathy, care and rules of the facility we trained at. I need Credentia to remove the INF status so l can register to test at RTS ( Regional Testing Site).

I have been trying for almost one month now to schedule my CNA skills test with Credentia365. I was able to take the written test and pass, and expected to be able to simply register for the skills exam after that. I have an active application that has been APPROVED! When I log into my account and try to use the "Register for Exam"(tab) it takes me to a blank screen. Credentia365 is not helpful. I have called multiple times and their answer is always that a ticket was submitted and I should receive an email in ***** hours. I get an email that a ticket was submitted, but no followup email and no resolution. I have also used their online chat option, with no resolution as well. The same response is a ticket was submitted and look for an email in ***** hours, that never comes. I do not understand why their customer service cannot rectify a problem. Manually schedule the exam. Everything is in order on my side. They also claim it is an IT issue on their side with no indication of resolution. Credentia365 is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They provide no support or assistance when a customer is in need and there is absolutely no follow up to ensure a problem is resolved.I am in nursing school and I have to keep my CNA certification up to date in order to stay in the program. I am in my last year! IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT I TAKE THIS SKILLS EXAM ASAP! I HAVE A DEADLINE OF JULY 16, 2024.

Companies resolution to all request is put in a ticket. No agent is ever able to resolve an issue. I applied for reciprocity for medication aide from ************** to **************. Per Credentia policy I qualify. After paying ***** to process request and several tickets later they tell me you cant have more than 1 certification on file. Which they rejected my request. Before that they told me Im already on registry and my certificate expires in December which is my CNA license and not Medcation Aide at all. After several call, chats and tickets and no one can give a clear answer I ended up on LinkedIn to find any who works for the company because at this point I need to speak to a person and not an agent at a call center that trained to it in a ticket for every call. This has been emotionally draining and false information is on the site. Even North Carolina requires medication techs and med aides to be a CNA first. Which I am both in ************** and before credentia is able to give you medaide exam you must be a cna . So how is it possible you can have more than 1 certification on file. Im considering a lawsuit at this point. They messed up my cna certification before and marked it as invalid. This company is horrible

I was failed for a Certified Nurse Assistant skills exam that I 100% completed correctly. It was supposedly a skill that I don't even know is possible to fail. "Not tieing my gown" and "not untieing my gown". I graduated at the top of my class, know I got a 100% on my written exam, but yet supposedly don't know how to tie or untie my gown? This company is obviously scamming individuals out of money and having them retest multiple times.

Paid 1800 for CNA certification plus 100 dollars to take exam. After passing and obtaining my certification Credentia sends a message that I and maybe 90 other people have to retake exam due to a system error. They have been giving me the runaround and not scheduling me. They state that if the test is not taken again(even though I passed it and now have a certification) that within 90 days they will VOID the credentials. I would like a refund for my school as well as the exam price. I have tried over 5 times to reschedule this exam and at this time it feels like they are trying to run out the time so that my certification can be voided in 90 days.

I was scheduled to take my CNA certification test for ************** on 7/8/2023. Credentia sent me an email on 7/7/2022 stating that my test was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I understand that if the person taking the test there is no refunds at all. The company canceled my test so now I'm out of $95. I have been calling and chatting with someone since last year trying to get a refund or use the funds for another test. They keep telling me that, that is not an option and I just need to reschedule. I would reschedule if all of the current testing sites were not 3 to 4 hours away from me. I sit for my LPN boards in 2 months so now I don't need to take the test. I just want a full refund back since I'm not the one who cancelled the test.

On 2/16/2024 I contacted Credentia regarding an exam I scheduled in *****,**. I previously had an exam scheduled in *******, ** which the canceled about 13 days prior to the exam date. I scheduled the exam in Delta as it was the only option in the month of February left and I would continue checking to find something closer to where Im located in ******, **. It is now day 9 prior to my exam and I realized I cant check the locations to reschedule because they have a 10 day cancellation policy but now it is supposed to snow and I cant drive 5 hours in the snow. As I called and expressed this to the man who works for Credentia he continued to scold me and belittle me about how its my fault they have it posted everywhere and there is nothing he can do. I told him I can die if I drive in black ice on the mountains and he said OH WELL, YOU STILL NEED TO SHOW UP OR BE A NO SHOW. I asked for a manager and he stated there was none and he cant transfer me to anyone at all. He continued to tell me he is in ***** and thats the only people I can talk to. I ended up telling him okay I guess I will just die driving there then and he said OKAY, SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE WEATHER IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU. I dont understand how a business like this is still in business and able to handle our private information if they cant even give us the help we need. I will do everything in my power to make sure you ** will not use you guys as a testing agency anymore.
