The business is asking me to pay for a service that I will not be receiving and still wants additional money for the actual service that I do need. I tried to contact them regarding this matter and they said it would still be charged regardless?!?! How is this possible when I have cancelled the service within a minute of them telling me that it was the wrong service and I need another service in that on their website it is not giving me the option to choose that particular service? This just doesnt seem feasible and legal especially for a woman on disability and a fixed income. Why am I giving away free money to a service that I will NEVER receive? At what point does these companies stop scamming consumers?

On April 11, 2025 I was scheduled to take my last state [skills] exam to receive my CNA license through **********************. The skills exam requires 5 random skills selected by an automated system. One of my skills was radial pulse. This is where the ******* and myself are to take my partners pulse at the same time to count the beats for 1 minute. My initial partners pulse was too faint so the ******* decided to pull another student from the waiting area to use. While her pulse was low, it was detectable. After we took her pulse, the ******* escorted the student out of the room, I recorded my answer in the tablet (the ******* saw what I recorded), and the ******* grabbed the student back from the hall to take her pulse again without me. THEN she recorded her answer. Within 24 hours I saw that I was failed for this specific skill and filed a grievance immediately. My grievance was accepted, but they want me to take the entire skills assessment over when I was failed due in part because of the proctors failure to follow proper protocol. When I demanded a thorough investigation of the time difference between recorded answers to prove what she did, I was met with Although she didnt follow protocol, your recorded answer was too low of a pulse. Thats NOT my problem. Maybe the student needs to seek medical treatment, but telling me the pulse recorded was too low when the ******* did not follow protocol to begin with has nothing to do with my recorded answer. I received the highest grades in my class and they are unwilling to waive this one assessment. This has delayed my career and Im without a job because of this! Their opinion of my answer is subjective and has nothing to do with the facts. Now I have to retake the skills assessment before moving forward at the end of May when I should have had my CNA license already.

On April ******* I went in to take my skill evaluation exam at ******************************** RTS *************************************,***** was a disaster.First before coming in the constructor tried to change my time from 12:30pm to 8am.Than when I got there on time and started taking my test the instructor was not letting me perform like I should.During testing she sometimes had her back turned and was more focused on fixing equipment in the room and did not have eyes on me to see if I was performing correctly.Which caused me to fail from her negligence while testing.I dont deserve to not be rescored do to someone else negligence.I was there on time,I performed well, did all task efficiently and correctly within the time that was provided.

I recently took my CNA skills test exam two times. Both times I was failed. The process credentia uses is they have one ******* watch you do 5 different skills on a candidate. The ******* watches and checks off on their tablet if a step was completed or not. There should be two proctors watching the skills exam to prevent error and bias. Just having one ******* can leave lots of room for error if they miss something. I absolutely did my steps correctly. In fact I was failed this last time originally for blood pressure. I took my candidates blood pressure and got a reading of 115/72. When I completed that step my ******* stopped the timer and tried to take the candidates blood pressure 3 separate times. All 3 times she got an error message. I asked what she was doing and she said she was checking my technique and then failed me on that skill. During the same test she marked that I got step 4 wrong on applies knee high stocking but then after I filed a grievance it changed to me missing steps 4,5,and 6. This company is absolutely fraudulent. We have to pay $95 each time you retest and can only retest up to three times or you have to retake the whole class. This is not ok. This company needs to be investigated and sued!

Transaction was made on 03/07/2025, purchase was made to take a required state of Colorado written exam for *** certification. The applicant time and date submitted for exam was 03/14/2025 @12pm MST. Credentia changed the time of the booking for test taking without consent from the test taker and there were other issues with trying to book 03/19/2025 skills test and the date and booking not showing up reported to the company. The exam ** ******* for the exam and credentia reported to applicant/test taker two different times for the exam scheduled on 3/14/2025 neither of which matched the original booking of 3/14/2025 @12pm MST. They refused to assist her in rescheduling/correcting the time for the test. Insisting the time scheduled had passed and she was required to pay another scheduling fee full cost to reschedule the exam. However, the time she had scheduled the exam for initially had not passed and she had called them 2 hours prior to get a correction to the error to ensure taking the exam on time. Confirmed her dashboard listed test time as 12pm.

My employer just informed me that my *** certification had expired 12/31/24 and that I should have received a renewal reminder from Credentia 60 to 90 days prior to expiring. I checked my email and the only reminder from Credentia was for my renewal in 2022. I called Credentia and was told that I didnt receive one because they no longer send out reminders and that I will have to pay and take the exam in order to renew. Ive been certified and working as a *** for 20 years and shouldnt have to pay an additional fee for an exam like Im a new applicant because they decided to stop sending renewal notices without notifying anyone of this change.

Credentia repeatedly cancels exams without giving notice to candidates, causing them to miss work and if the *** is not certified within 120 days, they can, and many have lost their jobs. The waiting time to take an exam after course completion currently is 6 months or longer. By the time they are tested they have experienced skill decay and often cannot pass the skills exam. There is a high failure rate rate as many evaluators score candidates subjectively and not based on the handbook. One evaluator might score the exam one way and another will score another causing a huge mismatch in teaching. Credentia offers no formal teaching of skills for training centers and gives no feedback to instructors leading instructors. Credentia charges $140 for the exam and an additional $95 for the skills retake. Students are allowed to file a grievance but its the students word against the evaluator as the student has no proof to stand on. Credentia does not allow cameras in the testing area therefore if a student fails they never get an approved grievance. These students are usually lower income and simply trying to make a change in their lives but unfortunately Credentia is creating many nightmares for us all.
