    Credentia repeatedly cancels exams without giving notice to candidates, causing them to miss work and if the *** is not certified within 120 days, they can, and many have lost their jobs. The waiting time to take an exam after course completion currently is 6 months or longer. By the time they are tested they have experienced skill decay and often cannot pass the skills exam. There is a high failure rate rate as many evaluators score candidates subjectively and not based on the handbook. One evaluator might score the exam one way and another will score another causing a huge mismatch in teaching. Credentia offers no formal teaching of skills for training centers and gives no feedback to instructors leading instructors. Credentia charges $140 for the exam and an additional $95 for the skills retake. Students are allowed to file a grievance but its the students word against the evaluator as the student has no proof to stand on. Credentia does not allow cameras in the testing area therefore if a student fails they never get an approved grievance. These students are usually lower income and simply trying to make a change in their lives but unfortunately Credentia is creating many nightmares for us all.

    I took the *** I course 2 months ago and completed it under the impression i could take the state exam and start working as a ***. This is not only an issue for me but all of my classmates and others as well. This is delaying progression in the field and is very inconvenient.

    My name is ******** ***** and I took a ***** test to get certified for nurse aide 1 on sept 30th and only got my results for the skills exam and not the written. I paid for both tests ($140). I reached out to Credentia numerous times about this and they have yet to get back to me like they say they would and keep closing my tickets without resolution. Its been over 9 weeks.

    This company has cancelled many state exams due to overbooking however Ive spoken to a ******* and she stated that it wasnt and credentia keeps canceling test . You have to take your state exams within 90 days or you will have to retake a CNA course I paid $700 for the course I took . They also dont have any test available from January of 2025 - January of 2026 and I called to check if this was an error and it wasnt they said there is nothing available. If you type in credentia in ****** all the reviews are bad and the complaints are the same . They also arent allowing anyone to get refunds for the test which is $100 for the skills and $40 for the written portion which can be done online .some people have passed the skills test and havent gotten any official paper saying that they did . Many people test have been canceled more than twice this needs to be looked into please

    It's been close to 90 days I took the *** test and I have yet to receive my license. ********************** keeps telling me they're trying to figure out how to send my results to State. They had me take the test twice since they kept giving me the wrong outfated exam in person, and keep receiving calls to pay a fee for them to release my results to state

    RE: Complaint Against Credentia Nurse ******************** To Whom It May Concern:I am writing to file a formal complaint against Credentia, a nurse aide testing company that has critically failed to provide essential testing services for healthcare workforce development in ***************Specific Complaints:1. Unresolved Support Ticket: I have maintained an open support ticket since November 15th, 2024, with no resolution regarding testing for my students.2. Testing Service Failure: Our nurse aide programs in the surrounding 5 counties have over 70 students who are unable to complete their nurse aide certification due to Credentia's lack of evaluators.3. Systemic Impact: This testing delay is not merely an inconvenience but a significant threat to healthcare staffing in our region. Our local hospitals and nursing homes depend on these newly trained nurse aides to maintain adequate staffing levels.Specific Details:- Support Ticket Number: ****** - Number of Affected Students: 70+- Counties Impacted: *****, *******, *****, *******, ******** - Duration of Unresolved Issue: unknown Requested Resolution:1.     I recently finished my CNA class, and now to get my licensure I have to go through Credentia. They cancelled my written exam the DAY BEFORE I HAD TO TAKE IT, and they stay booked for weeks for all in person exams of any kind. I had to take the test online to get it done in a reasonable amount of time, which led to me having to show some outsourced call center worker my social security card and ID, as well as an entire room of my home. Not to mention how glitchy the entire process of the test-taking was. THEN they cancelled my skills test, once again, LESS THAN A WEEK before I'm supposed to take it in November (it was supposed to be done tomorrow, on the 16th). Now I have to wait almost an ENTIRE MONTH to take my skills test, assuming they don't cancel it again, which, considering their track record so far, I have no doubt they probably will. If the company doesn't somehow make it right, I'll make sure I do everything in my power to get my school to use ANY other licensure company for *** programs, because this is absolutely ridiculous. Online, I can find NOTHNG but complaints about Credentia.

    Credentia cancelled my exam the written and skills for CNA and nothing open for the next 5 months ,They need to refund me .this is taking way to long And will run out of time to take exams.

    I took a state scheduled exam on October 11th and its October 25th and credentia has not sent my passing results to the state of ******** yet. Unacceptable. You literally outsource all of your labor and still cant send documentation in a timely manner.

    On 08/12/2023 I went to **********, ** to take my state skills test. The evaluator told me that I would have my results within 24 hours. Today is 08/19/2023 and I still do not have results. I have spoken with them several times in the past week when they first said their system had a glitch. Each day they keep telling me to wait ***** more hours. This past Saturday one of the employees on their chat promised I would have my results today and I still don't. The evaluator has turned in the results because my teacher for my cna class has spoken with her and she has confirmed that, yet they still won't release my results to me because they keep just saying it will be released when the computer problem is fixed. I am waiting to get switched over from a pca/cna as they really need me as a *** at my workplace. I have paid over $1000 for my class and test and don't have any answers to whether or not I passed. Not to mention if I failed, their is a months wait time to get in to test anywhere even remotely close to where I live. If they have the results they need to verbally release them or start working on personal emails to each person on results since their system isn't working. I paid for my test and a service to be credentialed and I need my test results asap.
