5 starsWe've had Schuler Service do work at our home a number of times over the years. On each and every occasion, we have been very pleased with their work, and that includes today. Our technician the last five has been Jason Sabin. Each time, Jason's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and easy-going style have worked together to make the installation and/or solution to the problem a five-star experience. 5 starsExcellent work by Chuck B. He replaced three faucet sets and some of the pipes that had rusted and were leaking. I did not realize how difficult it would be to remove the old sets, He was thorough and careful. 5 starsAlways prompt, professional, and proficient. My recent service call with Chuck and Max was another great experience. They provided the sewer lateral test as required by Lower Macungie Township prior to selling our house, plus Chuck handled all the paperwork. Amazing. I didn't need to search for forms online or print anything.
Chuck even answered questions regarding future service needs at our next home.

5 starsAccidentally drilled into a water pipe Installing a bathroom grab bar one evening. Water all over the place. Josh came over promptly,, opened wall and expertly and quickly removed damaged pipe and replaced it. Very nice gentleman and a pleasure to work with. 5 starsJason Price was the plumber who did the work for me on 5/5/23
Jason was professional, personal, knowledgeable and competent. He performed the job without issues and worked with the Water Authority in Allentown.
I requested information on another job and he provided an estimate. He was able to complete this on the same day, especially since it would have required another visit by the Water Authority.
He answered my questions to my satisfaction.

1 starMy husband and I did not have a good experience. I feel hesitant to write this, because I am first to write great reviews for companies, especially local ones. We needed an estimate for our basement bathroom toilet, which stopped working completely. The water was not draining in the bathtub, nor flushing in the toilet. The very friendly person came to our home for an estimate. He made the hole behind the toilet bigger than it already was in order to look further. He was not in my home for even an hour and charged my almost $300.00, which is outrageous. The estimate he gave my husband and me was in the neighborhood of $5,000.00!!! We ended up finding and hiring a small plumbing business who did a phenomenal job and only charged us $300.00 - a mere fraction of the cost Schuler's estimate was. Needless to say, I felt very taken advantage of, especially since I was home alone and really didn't know much of what was going on without my husband around. It left a very bad taste in my mouth.Schuler Service, Inc.

As your husband was made aware by our experienced estimator and Master Plumber, the Saniflo unit was not installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. For example, it was installed behind the wall which prevents proper access to the unit for repair and maintenance. Also, the required electrical outlet was left dangling behind the drywall which is a serious safety and code violation. This unit is designed to be outside of the drywall along with the proper electrical outlet for it to meet current code standards.
Our licensed technician needed to open the wall to better understand the issues at hand and to provide an accurate estimate which you still have open with us should you decide to have this matter rectified. Our estimate is to correct all code and safety violations which comes complete with a full 2-year warranty.

He is such a friendly, professional and conscientious technician who has been to our home many times for plumbing repairs.
