  We have used Schuler for many years and will continue using this business because of its excellent service.
  We recently had a problem that was not easily solved because it involved a few issues. Everyone who came to our home was very respectful and professional.
  Kevin Collins, Jim Smith, and Shawn Schwoyer were as determined as we were to solve our problem and have our lives go back to normal.
  Everyone from the customer service representative, who answers the phone, to the plumbers who come to one's home are always very pleasant and patiently answer every question one asks.

  REMOVEDis awesome!! The first time he came out to fix our shower he was so up front and honest with what was going to happen and how much it would cost. He was so spot on with everything. This time we had an issue with our toilet and he explained everything including the cost. Again he was spot on with everything and including the price!! I will definitely be asking for him again in the future when we remodel our bathroom!! He is a big asset to your company!

  Schuler has become our vendor of choice! Our experiences with them from the start to finish of every job demonstrates a high level of professionalism and thoroughness.   Woke up to no hot water. When my regular plumber was unable to get to my house for 3 days, Schuler sent someone within hours. Excellent communication regarding the service technicians arrival. Sent me his picture, so I knew who to expect. REMOVEDsat down with me to review alternatives and prices before starting any work. Service call price was average. Service was great. REMOVEDwas pleasant, polite and did a good job. Originally thought price was high, but spoke to others who had a similar issue and prices compared well. Id use them again.

  Very professional and pleasant people to work with. From our first meeting with REMOVEDto the team that came to work on our bathroom REMOVEDKayden, REMOVED, REMOVEDand REMOVED) to the end of the project, our overall experience was great! Schuler was very good with communicating with us as the job was being done. We received texts when different team members would be arriving to our home and they were very responsive when we would call them with any questions. Their input during the project was very helpful.
