5 starsWe had a tub to shower remodel last week. From **** (showroom manager) to our team, *****, ****** ****** and **** (project manager), we knew we were in good hands. When they said they would come each morning at 8am, they were there ready to work with smiles on their faces. They informed us of what they were doing and asked us where we wanted the placement of shelves and grab bars. Our old cast iron tub was a problem to get out, but they worked diligently till it was out. They also had to make corners in the wall to install the new shower walls because our walls were actually curved. They faced our quirky problems politely and still smiling. Our handle on our toilet broke one night and I told them in the morning when they came and they took the time to fix that right away while they were there. They did a wonderful job. It looks great. I highly recommend Schuler Service. My husband and I are very pleased with the way the team diligently worked. The way they treated us, and kept us informed of what they were doing. And of course the end result; a beautiful shower. Thank you *****, ****** ****** and ****.

5 stars***** came to our house to fix our toilet. He was very respectful and quick. We appreciated how fast they were able to get to us. We called plumbers for a month and either got an automated response, or no call back. Calling Schuler, they were quick to answer the phone with a very polite, live person ready to help. They came the very next day and within the time they said they would arrive!Schuler Service, Inc.

5 starsWe contacted Schuler Service to inquire into repairing disintegrating bathroom shower floor grout and for an estimate helping finish a half bathroom remodel that we started.We went with the bathroom grout fix and our entire experience from my initial call to designer ******* ******* visits to the work being done by **** was professional and went smoothly!Our job wasn't small but also wasn't the biggest type of job, and we appreciate Schuler Service taking it on when some other places didn't seem interested.Schuler Service, Inc.
