5 starsI contacted Schuler because they installed the water heater for the person that owned the house before us, and it was only 5 yrs old and within warranty period. I was able to schedule the appointment online after hours, and I received a very courteous and friendly call from their staff in the morning to confirm the appointment. They came when they said they would come, and everything was very easy and professional. John was very good, and explained clearly what he was doing. He worked hard to diagnose and fix the problem, and even spent some extra time on it. When a hot water heater isn’t working, right, it’s such a relief to have it fixed and I appreciate the promptness and efficiency of the solution!Schuler Service, Inc.
