5 starsI had no hot water in upstairs bath tub/shower. Jason arrived right on time & listened as I described issue. After checking things out, he confirmed he had correct parts on truck to make repair. He also mentioned the cold water valve wasn't working properly. He went about making the repairs efficiently & my hot water was restored. He's very easy to talk to and takes time explaining things which I value. It's techs like Jason that will keep me coming back to Schuler.

5 starsI want to say we hit the jackpot when we got Josh as our installer of our new bathroom vanity. He was friendly, professional and explained upon arrival what he would be doing. He had no problem with any question or concerns we had. The job was done with results that exceeded our expectations! Love our new bathroom look.

5 starsI requested Schuler to send a plumber last year for an issue that I was having with the sewer line and they sent me Chuck Bell. After watching him work, I continue to request him when I have a plumbing challenge. He is thorough, professional, fair, and does not leave until he is sure that the job is done right. He is also very kind and pleasant when he is here. He changed my main shutoff for the house, replaced my laundry shutoff valves that were embedded in the drywall (and no longer shut off), the fridge line for the ice/water dispenser, a leaky oil boiler, and cleared the main sewer exit when it was clogged and backed up into my house. His company, Schuler, backs him 100% and if he did not have the part on his truck, they brought it to him, without the need for him to leave the job. If there was something that he was not sure about, he had a resource on his phone to call for help. Although he has a lot of experience, he did not "wing" anything. Thank you, Chuck.
