5 starsSchuler Service was very good. The response for my request was the same day.
The technician was prompt and courteous. He wore boot covers to keep any dirt from coming into my house.
He explained what was needed to do the repair.
The cost for the service was higher than I expected but it was explained to me before I accepted.

5 starsQuick and professional. Our sink was clogged and Schuler was able to get somebody out the next morning. Dakota assessed the situation, explained what caused it so we could avoid future clogs and got our sink back in working order. Dakota was professional and personable. 1 starWell I spent $531.16 for Christian to come out and tell me what I already knew...I had a leak! In the invoice he claimed he "cleaned up:" the mess....TOTAL LIE!!! **** was all over my bar area. OMG NEVER EVER EVER would I recommend this company who took TOTAL ADVANTAGE of my situation.... I even open a BB case because this is gauging!!Schuler Service, Inc.

Michael - we have tried to return your calls and have emailed you to see how we can help you to no avail. We provided you with the written diagnosis for insurance purposes that outlined the problem as the wash cycle causing the leak under your dishwasher. We recommended a company that can assist with restoration efforts in relation to the water damage caused to your ceiling. We arrived after hours to provide emergency services. We are confused as to your upset with us as we left your home on good terms with the understanding you were going to replace the dishwasher.
