July 29, 2024 Total owed $65.35 I ordered two items from Dennis Uniforms in July. I received the jumper but not the sweater. The total was $118.00. I am owed $65.35. I received notification from my daughter's school that the company has closed. Ordered a sweater and two uniforms on May 7, 2024. The uniforms were delivered in July. The sweater still has not been delivered. According to their website, it was schedule to ship 2-3 weeks after the order was placed but it has still not been received. I expect a refund for the cost of the sweater.Initial Complaint

I placed an order online on July 13th, 2024, and to this date, 10/30/24, I have not received my products. The total amount was $192.65 for school uniform shorts, and shirts. It was for 2 shirts and 2 shorts. I have tried to cancel the order, and I have not heard back from the company. I stopped in person at the local store in ****** on 10/29/24 and the store was closed for inventory during normal business hours. - I purchased several items on June 6, 2024 and paid $361.25 (ORDER ***********).- 3 items have yet to be fulfilled (totaling $97.70): 1. Short Sleeve Tech Mesh Polo 119 - White / Toddler - TD4 Toddler 4 / V0X $32.90; 2. Short Sleeve Oxford Shirt 119 - White / Size Range - 4 / V0X $31.90; 3. Short Sleeve Tech Mesh Polo 067 - Navy / Toddler - TD4 Toddler 4 / V0W $32.90 - I have reached out numerous times asking for updates on the order. - On July 25th I received a response stating that the remaining items would ship in August.- I reached out again on September 5th requesting an update and inquired about canceling the remaining items so that I could purchase my son's uniform elsewhere.- The response was that they were unable to provide an *** and that they would not be able to cancel the items. They stated that I would have return the items once received to receive a refund. - I reached out again on October 16 and 22 with no response. - The company has a message on their website stating: All DENNIS Uniform stores and ********************** are temporarily closed. Online checkout and returns are temporarily unavailable.- Their social media accounts have been disabled. Complaint On October 14, 2024, I placed an order with **************************, with order number ***********, totaling $105.13 USD. The payment was processed successfully, and the amount was fully paid. However, the order status remains "Unfulfilled," and I have yet to receive any updates regarding its delivery.Recently, I discovered that ************************** has gone out of business, and I have not been able to get any response from the company regarding the fulfillment or refund of my order. I purchased uniform from Dennis uniform in June of 2024 it is now October of 2024 and my sons shirts still have not been fulfilled. I have Tried calling to get an update and I either Get hung up on or they give me an excuse. They also refuse to change the size of the shirts when my order hasnt been fulfilled yet. Its been almost 5 months and they expect that size to still fit the child. So when I do Receive the shirts he wont be able to wear it due to them not getting things delivered on time.Initial Complaint

I purchased school uniforms for my son on Tuesday, October 15 for $189.49 and expected to receive one sweatshirt and three pairs of pants. I received my order with a note on the pack list of "short pick" and realized that I am missing two pairs of pants. I tried to contact the business, but learned days later that they unexpectedly shut down all operations. Recent news reports indicate that they are closing business after 100+ years. I would like a refund for the two pairs of pants that I will never receive.
