      Placed an order in June 2023. Didnt receive order until November 2023. Received one item with a broken button. Have been trying since November 2023 to beget the button replaced or the shirt exchanged. Have had multiple emails and calls to them. They sent me out an envelope with buttons finally, but they were the wrong buttons. Called them twice since then and emailed as well with no responses. Terrible place to do business with!!!!

I looked into the matter of the buttons and it shows that the agent assisting you put in a special request to have additional buttons of this style sent to us from the manufacturer. I will make sure all ************* agents remember to update customers when resolutions are delayed.

      This is not the Dennis I remember, I have had 3 children use Dennis in past 14 years. Not sure if its new ownership but it has completely failed. I placed an order ****************************************************************************************** system. Was told I have to wait for IT department to fix issue and there is no time frame in fixing this. I cannot believe this cannot be fixed , we are in 2024 , figure it out Dennis! Employees at store I ordered from have also stated ordering online has been a nightmare as well as issues in their stores with merchandise.

      Thank you for your feedback on this issue. There was an unforeseen error that occurred during a system wide update that impacted less than 1% of our orders. Our team is working on this but did not provide an estimated time of repair due to the complex nature of the issue. The error can and will be fixed.       Ordered a jacket in June. Never shipped. After calling multiple times months later, they came up with different excuses that it was about to ship, that it was getting logo in *****, and that there was a glitch with their computer system. Ultimately they canceled my whole order in January the following year and offered only $15 gift card. Now my kid doesnt have a jacket for their school to use in the rain and has to use one that doesnt match his school colors. Over half a year waiting.

      Complete scam, deliverys typically two months late, low qauilty.New owers are Private Equity, that are trying to ripe of parents, because their schools are dumb enough to give them a monoply. Prices are better at Nordstroms. Quickly is grab, and customer sevices is even worse.

      Horrible experience with Dennis Uniform. I purchased uniforms in July 2023 and it is now January **** we havent received all of the uniforms we purchased. I keep calling every month and each time they say its on back order. Now I was told that its on back order until March. The school year will almost be over by then and they kids will outgrow the uniforms we never received. We are so dissatisfied with Dennis Uniform but have no choice but to purchase their low quality and overpriced uniforms that take almost an entire school year to be delivered.

      Terrible experience. Took 7 weeks to get one PE shirt with the school logo printed on it. When I called after 3 weeks they still had no idea when when it would ship. Then at 4 weeks they sent me an email saying it was still delayed and I can cancel my order if I want. That wasn't an option for me since this is the only company that fulfills these orders for the school. Fortunately I can order other pieces of her uniform from other companies such as Land's End.

      Overpriced for under quality clothes. Service and returns department are terrible. My returns were received over a month ago and no one is able to offer a time frame for when I can expect a return. They keep saying they are backed up, it seems like they are hoping people forget about their returns so they never have to refund them. Orders are also on back order for the past two months, I still have not received my entire order. I would not recommend using them unfortunately my kids school requires us to purchase from them. My next step is contacting legal representation to assist with getting my money back. And reporting to BBB.

      Orders take forever! Last school year one of the many uniform orders I have placed for my grandchild, the order order arrived 4 or 5 months later. My grandson had outgrown the items. I started going into the local store where I have had somewhat good luck finding items and sizes. Then I received a 15% off code for online. So I ordered 3 pants. Tracking Isnt offered. When I get the order confirmation I am lead to believe I can go back to the order page for updates. Never has this been the case. I received one pair of pants and wanted to check status of other 2. It doesnt even show that one pair has been delivered. What a joke!

      Why does is this company allowed to have a monopoly on its products? Horrific customer service and months and months of delays with orders. Why are they allowed to keep accepting orders when they can't fill orders from many months prior.For all we know they might be going out of business and taking everyone's money before they close the doors. I have seen this happen with manufacturing businesses. They don't pay their suppliers or anyone else and keep taking orders. Then they close the doors and walk away with the money.

      Ordered shirts for my kids. The ones for the oldest were fine. The ones for my youngest were not. The long sleeves looked faded. The polo was not as described the sleeves looked deformed and they said they ship whatever they can if the item is not available. Not to mention the shirt had blue pen marks on the front and back. This is unacceptable they give no refunds and charge too much. We cannot order uniform shirts anywhere but here.
