      I placed an order for two long sleeve white uniform shirts and four short sleeve uniform shirts on September 3rd, 2024 (order total $206.67). On September 7th, 2024 I recieved the two long sleeve shirts ($63.90). I have not received the remaining four short sleeve shirts from the company. I sent a follow up email on October 16th inquiring about the status of the remaining shirts but did not hear back. I sent another email on February 10th, 2025 and have still not heard back. The links on their website are not working and ther e is no number listed to call for help. I was charged the entire $206.67 on September 3rd but still do not have the remaining items. I don't care to recieve the outstanding items as they likely no longer fit my son at this time, but would like a refund for the items I did not receive.

      I purchased a uniform in October 2024, they claim it takes 4 weeks to ship items. After 4 weeks my status remained the same “unfulfilled” on their website in my account profile. I tried contacting the by customer service repeatedly and no one responds. Every time I call; you can not get anyone on the phone. I am going to the store tomorrow in person to speak with someone if possible. They are clearing ripping people off. I found numerous reviews of people saying the same things online about this store.

      I placed two orders for school uniforms for my children. Each order was only partially fulfilled. On September 19, 2024 I paid $87.22 for two dresses. Only one has been shipped as of 1/2/25. The dress for $38.70 has not been fulfilled. On Oct 2, 2024 I ordered shirts and dresses. The long sleeved shirt for $31.90 has not been fulfilled.

      I ordered 2 uniform shirts on August 3, 2024 totaling $ 89.18, which includes the shipping fee of $ 10. To date, I have not received the items that I paid for. I have called plenty of times to no avail.

      Order placed for 2 green sweatshirts on October 13th. Since then, we have been informed through our school (as dennish uniform was their only uniform provider) that Dennis uniform has gone out of business. There is no way of contacting them. Every number I call results in a busy signal or disconnected. I will take the products I ordered or the money returned. Thank you for help in this matter.

      On 10/16/2024 I placed an order with Dennis uniforms. The order was for 1 sweater, 2 sweatshirts, 2 sweatpants and 6 uniform pants. The total cost for the order was $426.46. The order number is ***********. I am unable to get ahold of Dennis uniforms through email or phone. I have not received my order. I do not know what to do about getting my refund or getting my product.

      Hi, I placed an order with Dennis uniforms (order #***********) on October 4, 2024. I have been charged for all items in the order but have only received 1/3 items. I am missing the 1/4 zip pullover sweatshirt for $33.90 and the 1/4 zip mock neck micro fleece pullover for $39.90. The items for this order in my account on their site are listed as unfulfilled. I was informed by my son’s school that they have gone out of business. I emailed them for a refund after a call that resulted in me sitting on hold indefinitely on 11/19/24. They have not responded to my email and I attempted to call them again today and the number doesn’t appear to be working anymore. I have not received the items I paid for and would like my money back.

      Uniform items were purchased in 07/2024 in store paid in cash. Items were out of stock and we were told that the items would ship to us in 4-6 weeks. Received one skirt 6 weeks later and it was not the size ordered. Since we paid in cash they left a credit on our account because the employee said they could not give cash refunds. Never received anything from the order. I want a full refund for the $214.35 paid.
