    The website lists information about individuals without taking consent. There is a process found to remove the information but it is not a simple process and the screen makes you click on multiple prompts without directing the next step. At the end it asks for email for confirmation. I entered the email address but there was no confirmation email sent yet. It's way past the reasonable wait time. This process and intent seem deceptive.

    I have made three requests to Radaris to remove my information from their site. After 11 different screens, including 7 which force you to wait 10 seconds to load, you are finally given tracking information and told that you need to verify removal via an email from Radaris for the process to complete. That verification email never arrives - not in my inbox, not in my spam folder. The combination of overly complicated site process for removal plus the required verification email never showing up is incredibly frustrating. I remove my personal info from the internet due to past domestic violence and Radaris trying to avoid removing anyone's data is unconscionable. I am requesting that the following page of my aggregated data be removed from their site: ************************************************************

    I submitted a request to remove my personal data from this website. The website stated it would send an email that had to be verified to remove my personal data. I tried two different email accounts on different platforms and never received an email. Upon further research this is a tactic they use and many others have reported the same issue.

    I have been attempting to remove my personal information from ************************** for several weeks. I have put in several online requests, but have not received a verification email. I have called customer service numerous times and left voicemails. I have also sent emails. No one has contacted me to resolve his issue.

    I am a healthcare professional and would like to keep my personal demographic information private. Radaris has my demographic information easily searchable on ******. I have requested to remove my information through their website. Their website rejected my claim to remove my information. When I emailed customer service, they declined to assist with removal and prompted me to go through their website for this request. When I emailed them back that I was emailing them because their website had denied my request, they did not reply to my email. I have also attempted to reach them by phone but no one picked up the phone nor returned my call.
