This constitutes a formal notice to Radaris that they have been in violation of the California Consumer Privacy Act for non-compliance. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, businesses are required to honor consumer requests to delete or opt-out of the sale of their personal information. However, the information on record has been posted on their website again, using formal vs informal names. Implementing an opt-out process should not create increased difficulty for consumers who wish to submit a request to opt-out of the sale of their data. This is a core principle in data privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). The sharing of information poses significant safety and privacy concerns leaving individuals vulnerable to exploitation and misuse of the data collected and sold. I pay for a service called **************** for the past 2 years. They have been unable to remove my information from ***************************************************** I myself have tried reaching out to them directly and according to their predatory rules, i have to send them the link to my page. To get to that link, I have to sign up, and pay! lol. My image still show up as #1 when searching for my name! Radaris has demonstrated tremendous disrespect for my data and the data of millions across *******. Our data has been turned into products to be sold at a profit without our consent. In the past I've submitted requests to Radaris to remove my data, and just a few months later Radaris reposts my data on its website again without my consent. For example, I submitted a request to Radaris to remove my profile on November 1, 2024, which was approved on November 2, 2024, yet this online profile of me at *********************************************************** was supposedly updated on April 26, 2025. I am once again requesting the permanent removal of my profile and the deletion of my data.
