    Radaris refuses to remove my personally identifiable information from their website. I've utilized (to no avail) their opt our process and pointed to the specific URL multiple times including via email directly to the companies customer service and removal email contacts. They simply refer me to their opt out procedures that do not work. I feel as though my privacy is being violated.

    The website belonging to Radaris contains personal information about Americans without having our consent. The process to remove your personal information is done in a deceptive manner. It's no simple process and takes several steps that require patience. It's done in a way to discourage the user from continuing the process. Their intent seems criminal and I will be reporting them to the California Attorney General. My local Congressman **** ******* is looking into their deceptive practice.

    I am rejecting this response because: this doesn't solve the issue at hand. I never gave your company permission or consent to post my sensitive personal data. All my family members have their information on your website linked to mine. This is a huge security risk. Your company lacks transparency and is complicit in fraud. Radaris enables identity theft. Make the process easier for all Americans to opt out . Your company is complicit in fraud and enables identity theft.

    Please look at this document closely. It was taken today September 10 2025.  It's the 4th result in ****** search when you type my name.  Why is this disturbing to me? It list my birthdate etc. and I'm a victim of identity theft.  Do see my point ? This is why I have reported RADARIS to the Attorney General and the ***. ****** A. **** of the *** privacy and data task force has been notified after RADARIS failed to remove my private information on the internet. It's going on month. How much more evidence do I have to provide? How many more hours of my time do you want to take from me?

    This business ************************** keeps displaying my personal information and I have asked them numerous times to PLEASE STOP as I do NOT want my information public for any random person to see, this should be illegal! The business agreed and stated they removed the profile but they did not as it still shows when I click the link and when I search myself. I am asking again that the business PLEASE REMOVE ANY PROFILES YOU HAVE FOR ME. The *** for the specific one in question is pasted below however I ask that ALL AND ANY PROFILES ON ME BE DELETED FOR GOOD AND STOP PUTTING THEM BACK!     I am submitting a complaint today and asking for the assistance of the BBB as I have asked RADARIS many times in the past to PLEASE PERMANENTLY DELETE ME FROM ************* and it has come to my attention that I am AGAIN listed on their site with TWO ACTIVE PROFILES. I have a STALKER as I have explained to them MANY times in the past when they removed my profiles and this information being public puts myself and my family at risk of harm. I again ask that BOTH profiles which links are **************************************************************** AND **************************************************************** be immediately and permanently removed as well as all and any other profiles they may have on me on Radaris and any other sites they own and or operate. The assistance of the BBB and the cooperation of Radaris is greatly appreciated. I look forward to resolving this matter quickly. Thank you

    Dear *** or Mam, I am writing today again as I have recently agreed to close a BBB complaint as the business ************************** has agreed in a previous complaint to remove all of my information from their database. I am opening a new complaint as nothing was resolved and appears to be worse now as I have explained REPEATEDLY that I have a STALKER and this is putting myself and my family in ***** way I have asked nicely, submitted opt out requests, sent emails and used the BBB for assistance and the business ALWAYS said they would comply and honor my request as recently as yesterday they stated they removed TWO profiles but they DID NOT. Today when I look, there are FOUR PROFILES FOR ME ON RADARIS including the two they said they removed which are all pasted below. Unfortunately, if the business continues to display this information after being repeatedly asked and repeatedly agreeing to stop, I will have no other option but to seek the assistance of my attorney for this to be resolved. I am AGAIN asking for all and any profiles that this business has in their possession and control to please be permanently and immediately deleted and DO NOT create ANY FURTHER PROFILES as agin Radaris is on notice that by them displaying this information it may cause us harm. The assistance of the BBB and the cooperation of Radaris is greatly appreciated. *Due to the nature of this matter I ask that this please be made a priority.     08/23/2025 I have submitted numerous attempts to remove personal information posted about my elderly mother, deceased father, and myself from **************************. They have rejected all attempts and will not reply to my direct emails. If you call Radaris, the call will go to voicemail. I have also made email requests for them to remove parts of my mothers name attached to another persons profile still showing up on a ****** search. Again, my email request has been ignored. I want these profiles removed immediately. I want the information from my mother attached to another profile removed immediately. BBB please assist me. Thank you.
