Hello, I contacted Radaris on various occasions 2020-2023 asking them to remove my information. I've been asking them for 4 years to remove my information completely! They have not responded. I complied with the initial form they ask you to fill out to suppress the information. A few months later my information was up again. I have asked them to remove the remaining information and they refuse to do so. This website makes it easy for stalkers to find people. They have included information on the website from when I was a minor. It's really weird and creepy.Business Response

This business collects your personal data on the internet without your permission. Claims they will take it down if you contact them and opt out. No phone service. Website just goes in circles. They want you to make an account, which I did. Still not able to opt out. I feel this business will not take my information down unless I pay them, although it isnt stated. 12/31/23 I have an email from Radaris detailing how to "claim my profile" so I can remove my information and/or make it private. The instructions & process require you to enter your cell phone number to receive a verification code. They never send the verification code to allow you to continue. I see this complaint multiple times on this site, this is clearly fraudulent advertising and a theft of personal data. Next complaint will be to the ****Customer Answer

Radaris has made it worse. They claimed they removed my data, but now it's showing up with my image (see attached).

Radaris is posting my resume and associated information from LinkedIn, which has been posted privately for a number of years, from before the pandemic, so the information could not have been gotten by simply scraping available information on the web. I requested to Opt-Out of the Radaris and Affiliated companies via email on December 20th 2023. I received an email explaining that in order to take my information off the radaris website I would have to sign up for an account. I did so and the site asked for a code to be sent to my phone to verify it was me. It stated I had to accept ongoing texts but that the word STOP would allow me to opt-out of the texted. In input my cell phone number and never got the text to verify my account. Without the verification I cannot OPT-OUT of either the Radaris and affiliated websites and now the company has my cell phone number which now becomes part of their information! This company needs to delete my personal information along with my private cell phone number immediately.Business Response

I went into the account I HAD to open and signed in. Again they wanted my phone number so they could send a "CODE" to verify it was me and AGAIN NO CODE was forwarded!
The email states "Once you submit the verification code, click "View My Account" in the Thank You message, then click "Make profile private"." However as they never send the code you cannot access the account or "View My Account".
Without a code they cannot verify it's me and then they cannot remove my information!
I do not want to "Make profile private". I want my information removed from Radaris's site and their affiliate companies.

I do not want to make my profile private I want my information removed from Radaris's site and their affiliate companies.This is truly frustrating.
