    Multiple daily calls trying to reach ********************* who they have incorrectly listed my phone number under. I have been called multiple times daily with harassing calls from debt collectors and telemarketers because they do not have a way to fix their system. I have had this number since **** and it is tied to my government security clearance and I need it fixed.

    I am trying to remove my public information from their database as is my right. They have sent instructions for me to follow. I reach a point in which they are required to send me a verification code via cell phone to confirm my identify and the profile I wish to remove (ideally) or take private (if I cannot remove it). The text with the verification code never comes despite several attempts and formatting adjustments. They have conveniently engineered a process which cannot be completed which leaves me susceptible to dentity theft.

    I reject their scripted response. In their response to my complaint, they give a customer service email address to resolve the issue.  This is the email address I used to notify them in the first place.  They sent me instructions from that same email, and I could never get them to send a verification code to me cell phone.  That is when I contacted the Better Business Bureau.  Their response is just send me back to the same email-based process which is broken.  Send me the name of a specific person and their contact information that can remove my information and protect the privacy of my personal information.  Alternatively, they can call my cell number below.

    I am rejecting this response because the solution is a scripted response and directs me to use an email address to resolve the issue.  This is the same email address I used in the first place which has proven to be broken.  I have used their customer service email address (which sent me instructions but prevented me from receiving a verification number in order to remove my private information), and I have also called their toll-free number and have left a call-back message.  Have someone from Radaris call my cell number below.

    Radaris requires users to create an account to remove personal data and users must provide a cell phone number to receive a verification code to initiate the process. I have entered my number several times and even used other family members phone numbers. The verification codes are never sent. I have tried to contact customer service on several occasions and after a long hold in queue you are transferred to a voice mailbox. I have left several messages requesting contact and no response. I have also emailed several times and received no response. I would like my information removed from their website. This company is making it impossible to do so. Additionally, I have an account with ******* where I have made my record private in the past. It is currently marked Private yet it is searchable.

Furthermore this is a sad attempt at self service and to attempt to preserve whatever BBB rating this company has left. A total joke. Businesses like this need to be investigated by law enforcement.

    I emailed Radaris to remove my personal information from their public website. They replied that they require creating an account to remove data and that users must provide a cell phone number to receive a verification code. Surprisingly, I entered my number several times and the code NEVER came. I called their customer service line, but no one answered. I want my information to be removed ASAP; this company is making it difficult, as other reviewers stated.

Additionally, customer service is unresponsive by phone.     My address is showing up in search results leading to Radaris. I have requested repeatedly to have this information permanently removed both via email and through the website (please see email chain). I am requesting they remove the information (name, address, and phone number) in the screenshots below permanently. There have been credible threats made against myself and my family as a result I do not want my address publicly available.

    My life history is on this site and I don't know how it got there. I requested they remove all my personal information, profile about 3 months ago. Nothing happened. So I again requested they remove my profile yesterday. They sent me a link to opt out. You actually have to build an account that I did not want to manage your profile. They requested to phone number to send a verification code to. I never got a code. I call and they tell me to send an email which is what I did. In order to get them to answer the call I had to pretend to be a paying customer. My personal data needs to stay private. They list phone number, age, birth year and address all things that make me very vulnerable to scammers or even some driving to my hone. No resolve.

    This company has somehow acquired my actual physical address, real phone number and full date of birth and have it displayed on their website for anyone to see. They do not have my permission and I have attempted to get it removed, but they want me to pay them a monthly subscription to keep my info off of their site. This is a matter of my safety from an abusive ex, who can now find out where I live. Not to mention reputation, as they show I have an arrest record and I've never been arrested in my entire life. This can ruin someone's life or get them killed. It's criminal. I should have a say so in my own personal info and I want it removed immediately.

    To be clear, the opt out process is not as straightforward as you describe. It absolutely wanted a payment to opt out. It was only after I had to email and threaten legal action because of my safety that the company removed my info. They did not however remove the false arrest record info they are listing on the website. This is very upsetting to someone like me who has never in my 46 years had an arrest record. I would like that removed.
