I have contacted Radaris a minimum of 6 (six) times on 1/4, 1/10, 1/11, 1/13, 1/19, 1/29, requesting them to remove my personal information from their site as I have a stalking situation, involving the police department. I have a copy of my police report as well. They still have not removed ANY of my information and I live in constant fear that my stalker will find my address and appear at my home. I have copies of my emails requesting my information removal and they still have it posted. This is a traumatizing situation for me and they are totally disregarding my request. Radaris continually puts my information into its database and uses it to market its services when someone searches for my name. I have gone through a painstaking process 3 years ago to get them to remove my name but now they did it again. Its been reported by other victims that their information was added to another site when they provided the information via the steps provided in this request. I have a fairly serious complaint that I need to submit against Radaris. I was completing research on a specific individual who is suspected of having ties to the ******** mob out of *******, **. I went to his Radaris profile, listed under *************************. He is an unemployed ******* city worker, with, I believe, a current disability claim. On the profile, it listed his job title in "production". He also used to do podcasts with a person named *************************** on You Tube. I made a screen print of the Radaris information for my records and stored it on my computer and my phone. I went out of it quickly, went back in within about a minute, and magically the job title switched to "retired". I have suspected for a while I have been hacked and believe Radaris is hacked as well. I made a screen print of the new information and everything is time stamped. You'll need to check your records for alterations on accounts. I certainly hope you use blockchain technology because nothing is reversible. I dropped my computer off with the Geek Squad and had numerous problems. I managed to save all my files, the cleaned up for malware and viruses, my hard drive was failing, and I invested in a new computer. I have documentation from Best Buy.The information on Radaris on me is also incorrect. It shows wrong relatives for starters. I read a recent Radaris complain which alleges you published someone's security clearance phone number? Between that and the hack I experienced, watching data change before my eyes? This is a big deal. I am placing this complaint on file with you and my state attorney's general. I will provide screen prints of the documentation when asked.Business Response

Radaris has somehow acquired personal information that directly affects my work. My address and personal information should not be listed on this website, due to the type of profession I am in. This is in direct violation of s.119.071(4) (d), Florida Statutes for those employed under certain occupations. Radaris is requesting more intrusive information by forcing you to create an account to have your personal information deleted, this process is allowing this company to obtain more personal information. I have sent an e-mail and have attempted to utilize there online system for removing the profile, however these methods do not work. Radaris is making removal of your personal information a very difficult process. I would like all of my information removed due to the nature of my job, this is a safety issue and an endangerment to myself and family. I need this information removed promptly!Initial Complaint

Again Norton 360 and lifelock has also informed me about my information being on this website as well for a fee to retrieve. I am scared, please have them removed my information from their websites.
