I have requested Radaris to remove my personal information from ****** as I did not give any permission to use my photos on their website or ****** search. I have searched other sites for this specific information and photos and cannot find it. I am only finding it on Radaris. They have removed other information but still have my photos posted. On 3/16/24 I accessed the Remove my information section of the Radaris website . Their process is purposely designed to make it extremely time consuming to process. It forces to you to cycle through many different screens, wait, process CAPTCHAs unnecessarily. The process to request removal of ones private information from these data broker sites is supposed to be straightforward and this site obviously is looking to deter people from doing so.Business Response

I just had an unpleasant experience requesting that my personal information be removed from Radaris' database. The process for removing my info began with a statement "We have streamlined our removal process to help you." If this is the streamlined process, I don't even want to know what it was like before being streamlined. I had to go through 7 additional screens, 71+ seconds of arbitrary and unnecessary waiting, and 8 additional clicks (Screen 1: Be an informed citizen...Please confirm you are 18+ years old with a >7 second arbitrary timer before I can confirm (click Yes); Screen 2: People rights to Information...with a >13 second arbitrary timer before I can click Next; Screen 3: Where information is coming from?...with a >13 second arbitrary timer before I can click Next; Screen 4: What are largest data consolidators?...with a >13 second arbitrary timer before I can click Next; Screen 5: Who are data resellers and providers in ***?...with the only option being to click View More (I do not want to view more!!!!) which expands the list into "Full list of prominent data brokers" WITH ANOTHER TIMER >12 SECONDS before I can click Next; Screen 6: Public Record Samples doesn't make me wait to click Next; Screen 7: How you can benefit from public records?...with a >13 second arbitrary timer before I can click Start Removing) just to finish (or so I thought) my request. Then I had to go to my email! And click on a link to confirm my request! And I'll have to check back after 24 hours to verify they actually removed my info!!!! AND THIS IS THE STREAMLINED PROCESS "FOR" ME. It's a process for me, sure!!! But not a process STREAMLINED for me, or for my benefit, or to save my time!!!!Business Response

Radaris has two separate profiles highlighting personal information posted on their website.
