I've repeatedly asked them to remove my name from their website as I've been the subject of repeated dox'ing and stalking. Initially I'm directed to their opt-out page, however after explaining to them, very plainly, the information they're displaying on their website has to be removed manually I'm met with no response. I am rejecting this response because: other websites (via complaints through the BBB) have removed this information. They just don't want to make the effort to manually remove MY NAME from their website. It CAN be done, they just don't want to do it because they might actually have to pay somebody from the gazillions in profit they generate by abusing personal data. I've had ongoing problems with stalkers repeatedly doxing, smearing, hacking, staging, fabricating and otherwise terrorizing me. Please remove MY NAME from your website.

Radaris took down my data on their affiliate site Trustoria in March after a BBB complaint. As of this month, they re-listed my data again and they will not remove it. They keep replying that they removed it, but they did not.Business Response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did have to email them several times before getting a rep who deleted the entries, including having to email them a second time for a second set of listings found under my name. 9 total listings were removed. I am filing this complaint against Radaris due to their consistent failure to remove my personal information from their website, despite multiple confirmed requests for removal. This negligence has not only compromised my privacy but has also exposed me to potential harm.I have formally requested the removal of my personal data from Radaris on 3 separate occasions. Each time, I followed their prescribed process and received confirmation that my information had been successfully removed. Despite these assurances, my personal information remains publicly accessible on their platform (see screenshot that clearly shows my full name, complete address, curriculum, etc.)This ongoing visibility has led to a serious breach of my privacy, including an incident where a stalker was able to obtain my address through Radaris. The risk associated with this exposure is unacceptable.Moreover, they suggest me to contract OneRep privacy protection platform to secure the removal of my data! Certainly have some association!. It is egregious to suggest that customers need to pay to protect their privacy, especially after failing to fulfill their basic obligation to remove data upon request.This situation reflects a blatant disregard for consumer privacy and safety, as well as a failure to adhere to their own policies. It is misleading and deceptive for Radaris to claim that they provide a service to remove personal data upon request, while repeatedly failing to do so.It is imperative that Radaris be held accountable for their actions and that corrective measures be implemented to prevent further incidents of this nature.I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and hope for a resolution that includes the permanent removal of my personal information from the Radaris website and a reconsideration of their policies regarding data removal and consumer safety.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: they clearly didnt read the complaint and returned a canned response. Just because I finally did get someone to remove my record does not mean the process is easy or that it isnt meant to trip people up. Their process is intentionally complicated and meant to waste time so people give up. Spending hours of my life requesting my personal information be removed from their website is not acceptable. My interactions with the company requesting my information be removed were also subpar. I told them their website wasnt working and sent me an error message and they sent me a link back to their website.
