    I contacted PayRange and PayRange will not issue a refund for my remaining balance because of an arbitrary 90 day policy. I am not asking for the refund of a good or service, I am asking for my own money that is held by Payrange without my consent. There was no reminder that I only have 90 days to get my balance refunded. There are no local businesses or vending machines that accept PayRange as form of payment. I would like the remaining balance refunded.

    I requested my existing balance be refunded to my card on file due to constant issues with the units not connecting to the app. PayRange did not notify me of the 90 day limit at any point during my time trying to use my funds, while I was repeatedly communicating app issues. Due to this inconvenience, I reached out requesting a refund of my remaining balance, and like others was refused; however, others have been provided a refund for the same reason on BBB. I would greatly appreciate if this courtesy would be applied for my account as well due to inconsistency of service. It seems like posting on BBB is the only way to be taken seriously.

    My complaint is in regards to drying my clothes. FOUR times (6/16, 7/5 and 7/11-12 and 7/31) I have paid TWICE for the dryer to dry ONE load of laundry yet my clothes are still left soaking wet. The only way I have found to get dry clothes is if my girlfriend uses her payrange account for the dryer. (We have paid $6 *four* times just to dry ONE load of laundry)I contacted payrange about this issue and they told me this was happening due to overloading!!! If this were true #1, my girlfriend would be experiencing the same issue but she is not and #2, because my clothes would at least be damp from an attempt at drying too many items but that's not the case; they are soaked. Every time. When contacted, payrange offered no solution to resolve the issue; no attempt at troubleshooting whatsoever. The resolution I am seeking is a refund in the amount of $16 for the four times I double paid for the dryer and was still left with soaking wet clothes. An attempt at resolving the issue would also be appreciated.

    Hi I have a pre-paid balance on my PayRange Account that I need for it to be refunded, but Pay Range refuses to refund it because it was paid more than 90 days ago. This is very unfair because there was no reminder or warning that I could not get a refund after 90 days of adding funding to my account.

    The laundry room in the apartment building I resided in used PayRange to pay for usage of the washers and dryers. The apartment then stopped using PayRange and began using a different application with no warning. I tried to get a refund for my remaining balance in the app by using the support prompt. I waited weeks and no response, so I sent another email and the same result: no response. I sent multiple emails between January (when the app was switched) and Now. I then tried to call support multiple times only to never get through to a representative.

    Pay range is a app for laundry services in my apartment complex where I reside. You download the app add funds from your debit or credit card and then you use your Bluetooth to find which ones are available and you can wash your clothes that way without having to go to laundromats to get quarters it's been fine for about a year and this last incidents it wasn't letting me use the money I put on for my debit card and then it was refunding money it's just pretty much what haywire I've contacted the company on many occasions and have not had any luck on getting this issue resolved currently the only $25 it's really upsetting and frustrating for me because I cannot get a resolution from this company.

    Pay range will not refund me my balance on my account since it is outside of 90 days. I don't think this is fair since it is my money in my account. They are holding $23.50.
