    This has got to be the worse company ever, they scam people out of their money and keep giving the run around. Delivery keeps delaying with one excuse after another. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I have emailed them multiple times and it's the same run around..if this was legit they would return people's money back since it seems they can't handle much. Their advertisements need to be taken down as well. I did not want to add any stars but I must so they get a star as scammers.

    The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn't leave a no star review. They are a scam company. They have sent me multiple emails telling me my product has shipped out and the ************ said they have only created a shipping label. Now, they will not even respond to my requests for correspondence. I have reported them to the better business burea for being a scam company.

    Never buying from them again took my money and never got a confirmation number or nothing. Save yourself the time and money and go some place else

    Never received the item I ordered. Company lied multiple times about it was shipped even though the package wasnt received by *** until a week later, then subsequently lier again saying they were working closely with the carrier when the package was lost. I then had to wait an additional 15 days to ask for a replacement, then received attitude when 4 days after agreeing to a replacement, I followed up again asking for *** a status update. Terrible company, still no product 5 weeks later, no offer of a refund, no replacement has shipped.

    This company is horrible. The products are very poor quality. They also sent me the wrong ornaments clearly personalized for someone else. They have refused to give me my money back, putting me off with recurrent emails asking more questions and more information. I just want a refund!They ruined a Christmas surprise I had for my daughter and will not refund my $69 dollars.

    My experience was outstanding - literally in every way. From the quality of the product (I customized the door mat) to the superb customer service and delivery time. I very seldom write reviews, but conversely, Im most often influenced by reading the reviews of others before I buy a product. I felt very compelled (almost obligated) to write a review given how positive my experience was and give my endorsement of their product- Ill definitely be a returning customer - (trust when I say I never write reviews like this )

    To have so many customers complain about their items not being received, it tells you something. There is no way all these items can be lost in transit. Im positive this company is blaming the carrier for their mistakes. Although ** getting quick responses back regarding my item, it doesnt fix anything. My gift was never delivered. To offer me a replacement for something that is for Christmas, makes no sense. If I accept this replacement, that just means I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for it. Whats the point then? I should have believed the reviews. Huge disappointment. Now lets see if I can even get a **** refund

    I do like the ornament. I just received it yesterday, and I entered a name wrong and will be reaching out to see if it can be returned and get a new one. I do have to add that for the price I paid, $50 something for 2 ornaments, they are cheaply made. They are faded, you think it would have a gloss finish to them. Not extremely happy with the product for the price.
