1 starOrdered gift for Valentines Day for my wife they said a label was created on the first of February with tracking number and still hasnt changed they sent me a email with excuse after excuse and will refund shipping. Big deal I dont want that I want the gift. Or a refund should have read the reviews so disappointed they shouldnt be in businessTrending Custom

1 starJust like everyone else, this is a fucken scam. I detest companies like this! Ordered on the 31st, shipping label created but never got shipped then 3 days prior to valentines on Feb 11th i get an email my item got damaged on the way here and somehow they knew about it through the carrier facility, anyway said they would ship it out 3 days later. It's February 19th still haven't gotten anything. AVOID at all cost!Trending Custom

1 starHorrible! They keep giving me the same run around! I called **** this morning and they said a label was made February 1st and they never got the package. This is bull! If this company was actually this "busy" you figured the whole company could retire by now! I should of read the reviews first. Nothing has changed, part of the their games is to keep responding with offers and they can't deliver. I am still not received my order. I asked for a refund at least 5 times, still no solution, they keep offering discounts, ************ keep sending automated responses, but not making sure customers receive what they paid for, and not refunding any money. 1 starTerrible service. I ordered my valentines gift on 1/29/2023. I have tracked it every day since then and there is no movement on my gift. I received an email on 2/1/2023 stating a shipping label was created by *****awaiting item. Then on 2/7/2023 I received an email stating my item was on its way. However, when I look at the tracking number through **** it still states shipping label created by *****awaiting item. When I asked Custom Trending about the status of my gift the responded with, If your tracking has remained the same for a few days: no worries. During peak season, it can take up to **** business days for the shipping carriers to scan and update the online information. It has been 12 business days and there is still no updated to the tracking on ****. I will be sending another email to Custom Trending today to see what the status of my gift is. If I do not get a satisfactory response from them I will be disputing the charge.Trending Custom

I am adding more information to my original review. I emailed TrendingCustom again on 2/14/23. I received a reply on 2/16/23 stating, "We can confirm that the package has been in transit. The tracking information typically updates as soon as it reaches the next destination, and the shipping carrier also needs time to scan the package. Due to the high demand for shipping this season, the carrier cant be as efficient as they usually are, leading to delays in scanning and updating the information. Please allow **** business days (excluding weekends) for it to update." On 2/16/23 I went back to the **** tracking page again, and the tracking number still showed the shipping label has been created. **** awaiting item. On that same day, I emailed Trending Custom again to find out where my package was. I have not received a response back.I called and talked to a **** agent on 2/22/23 and the agent stated there was no package in transit and they only thing the **** has is a shipping label. 2/17/23 No response from TrendingCustom 2/18/23 No response from TrendingCustom 2/19/23 No response from TrendingCustom 2/20/23 No response from TrendingCustom 2/21/23 No response from TrendingCustom 2/22/23 No response from TrendingCustom 2/23/23 I received a text message from **** stating the item has arrived at the origin facility.2/23/23 I received another text from **** stating the item arrived Metro NY ******************* 2/23/23 I received another text from **** stating the item arrived ****** ** ******************* 2/24/23 I received yet another text from **** stating the item has an expected delivery on Friday February 24, 2023.The entire time I was talking to TrendingCustom they were stating the item was in transit and blaming the **** for the delay in updating the status of the tracking number, when the **** never had the item at all. This company deceived me by telling me it was in transit when it was not. The company was not upfront about the status of the item. If they had told me they were behind in production that would have been fine. I will never use this company again and will make sure none of my friends use it either.Review fromStephanie D

1 starI ordered back in January, received a shipping confirmation on Jan 30th. The shipping information never changed, basically a label was created but they never shipped it. I tried several times to reach out to the company and they would not respond. I ordered a Valentines Day gift from here with plenty of time according to their website for turn around time. This place is a total scam. I commented on their ******** page warning people and they responded to that comment and said orders are on their way. The number of people who are in the same situation as me according to BBB and the comments on ******** is crazy, they are ripping people off.Trending Custom
