    I ordered a gift for my wife two weeks ago for Valentine's **** and it's yet to arrive with no shipping date in sight. The link to track my gift has now expired. It's difficult to get a hold of anyone at Trending Custom. I am very disappointed with them.

    I feel like a fool for not checking the reviews before ordering!! Hey this is a ****** learned for me!! I ordered just as one other customer mentioned, it was for a special occasion a moment that we can never get back. I am very disappointed! When I received the email notifying me that my items were damaged, new items will be shipped out in about 3days. I was upset but tried to think on the bright side. HOWEVER, after seeing all of the reviews i realized that it was their MO(method of operation) They send out a bunch of BS apology letters!! I still have not received my order!! A word of advice, you can exert the same amount of energy to run a reputable company!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TRENDING CUSTOM again!!!

    Every review youve read about their shipping a customer service is 100% spot on! Horrible! When they do respond it is most definitely a copied and pasted email from Christmas. They use this season as an excuse for shipping delays and then attempt to blame carriers. I ordered 02/01 and my order will NOT be here for Valentines Day. Yet they advertise all about it. Makes no sense at all. My tracking number has said the same thing for days: A shipping label has been prepared for your item The response: Upon checking, our records confirm that the package is currently in transit.Their records are no different than what I see. So they have no problem insulting your intelligence and lying to you. And the cherry on top? After telling them that if I dont see movement on my tracking by the next business day, I would put in a dispute, mysteriously I cant log back into my Trending Customs account. While www.macorner*** (yes its *** and not ***m) may not have as many cute little faces to personalize that look more human than cartoonish, they are a MUCH better choice. Weve gotten a couple of things from them and they communicate well and the product is great. TC? Avoid. All day. Every day.

    Yes, I placed my order on 02/01. But the label that was created on 02/06 and had been sitting until ironically this morning. Now by some miraculous coincidence the day after I dispute the charges and post a review about your "business", it will arrive by Friday, the 17th. The tracking says the item left the **** facility 02/14/2023 at 2:18 am and is currently in transit. ********************* emailed me on Sunday 02/12 stating: "Upon checking, our records confirm the package is currently in transit. Our production time can take between **** business days." It still said the label had been created on 02/06. Sounds to me like you are in the habit of copying and pasting responses that are not true. It was not in transit at all. Your ******** page hasn't had an updated post on it since last year, I did reach out via Messenger and nobody got back with me. and you deactivated my account. That is the only thing I will thank you for doing, because you got to it before I did. Your business is shady and I am sticking to my original complaint. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.

    I purchased a ladies Large t-shirt for a friend. It came and it seems like a junior girls tee. My friend can't fit the shirt and she's petite. They have not made good on this issue. They ask for all sorts of info to skirt their responsibility. If anyone sees this DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - they are not good business people.

    This company is absolutely a bunch of thieves, we have exchanged emails for over 20 days. Finally they said the transporter has lost it, but **** claims they never picked it up and the confirmation number I was given was BS. Please be very cautious by giving this company any money!!!!

    Pathetic company. 12 days now and their website says the item was shipped. But the tracking number only says a label was created 10 days ago and not handed off to the **** for delivery. Filed a claim with PayPal waiting for the refund now. I will do everything I can to ruin their reputation.

    I bought a product from them 1/18/23 and never received an email that my order was sent I tried contacting them by email twice and never received an answer it's now 2/4/23 and still haven't heard from them I tried looking up a pho e number but they don't have one! I want what I ordered or my moneback since they took it the day I ordered it!
