1 starI had the same experience as many of the other reviewers here. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered a Mothers Day gift for my mother and sister on 4/18. Mothers Day came and went with no gifts. Tracking number the company provided was untraceable. Finally received the items a couple days ago and received 2 same items when they were supposed to be personalized completely different. Additionally, they were incorrect sizes and colors than I ordered. I emailed the company with pictures of the incorrect items and the purchase receipt and received an email state they would provide a 20% discount to order the correct items. Are they kidding me? They basically stole my money! I have sent them multiple other emails stating thats not acceptable and they respond with the same offer. WOW!!!!!Trending Custom

1 starDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.Nothing but a scam. Spent $60 on a mother's day flower box on May 4th just for it to come in pieces on May 26th. When I emailed the company, they only offered me a 2 DOLLAR REFUND. You have to look outside the website and Instagram just to find genuine reviews. If I had this information before, I would have never bought it. It's not worth the money nor the frustration even if the product comes in.Trending Custom

1 starI received it, the the wrong name was on it. They told me that to get another one, I had to pay return shipping and that the cost To ship it back was usually about $60. Thats more than it cost to buy in the first place. They did give Me a 20% discount, but couldnt give it as a Mothers Day gift like lit was for. 1 starThis place is absolute b******.I ordered a sweatshirt they sent me the wrong size and wrong color.Then they tell me they *********% back or I pay $15 to ship a new one. 1 starThis website is a SCAM just like everyone else is saying below. I paid $103 USD just to get my order delivered (note, after Mother's day) and 2 out of the 3 items were not even correct and broken. Not cool! I'm going to be calling my bank to attempt to dispute the charge because they wanted to give me a 5% refund as shipping would've been $60.... so either way I'm still being scammed. Do not use this website. Every single person who emails me back is a different person, and they can't keep track of what's already been talked about.Trending Custom

1 starThis place is a SCAM! Ordered a Mothers Day gift and it finally showed up yesterday after 3 weeks. Only problem was it was all lacquered together- literally pieces stuck together!! Unusable and unable to give my mother a gift.This company emailed me after I sent email - as they have no phone- which I included pictures of the mess I received.They replied this morning offering me a 20% percent refund as shipping would be $60.Seriously?? How about not advertising on tiktok like you are. a reputable company from the states. Tell people you are from ***** and give them the knowledge to know the high probability that they will never get their order or that they will receive garbage.Calling my bank to dispute!!!!
