5 starsThe customer service is incredible. Every time I called I immediately spoke to a real person, who was knowledgeable about their service plans and phones. An employee spent about an hour helping my husband and I getting our new phones and service set up. What a difference from other companies!Consumer Cellular

5 starsOrdered my sim and service plan online. Very easy . It arrived 2 days later. I called into customer service and only waited a minute or 2 for help. Agent was friendly and helpful. Only took a couple of minutes to change out sim and start new service. I installed the Ap and everything was there ready to go.Consumer Cellular
