5 starsI received my new cell phone very fast. The assistance I received from Consumer Cellular getting it set up and running was very helpful. I know some things you just have to poke around and figure it out on your own but I also know that Consumer Cellular is only a phone call away!! Thank you!!

1 starI think this is garbage!! I used to love Consumer Cellular, but with one purchase they changed all that! I ordered a new phone for my mom, who is on my plan, for Christmas, from the company. And that's all I received, a phone. No user manual, no cord, no charger, no anything else. I called the company and asked them to send the items that weren't in the box, thinking there had been a mistake in packaging, and ******* said they no longer send "extras" with the phone order. They have to be bought separate. That's like buying shoes with no shoelaces, then having to buy them separate! So of course, I had to go to ******* to get the other stuff so she would have a complete present when she opened it. I am so angry. This is such a rip off, just another way for a company to ***** a customer. I'm very disappointed in this company. I thought they were better than this, but I guess not. Even if other companies are doing this, they don't have to, and could provide better customer experience and service.Consumer Cellular

While many phone manufacturers are no longer supplying a paper user manual or charging block, the phone would have still be sent with a charging cord.
