1 starI wouldnt even give one star. Terrible and still hold my money but say they arent. Will not release and I canceled after they wouldnt approve after they approved.

4 starsi am a first time buyer of a Smart Phone. I'm ******************************** this area !! **** at Consumer Cellular was soooo patient with me. I feel that I am going to be able to use it. He even went the extra step to tell me his experience with people like me. And this blunt info was so helpful. e.g. i'm turning the phone on and off all wrong. What a mess that can cause !!!! Main Problem was that I purchased a New Phone Noting wanting my old phone. (i.e. a New Phone Number). Con Cel mailed me a new phone with my old phone number. i didn't realize it as i was installing it as if it were a new number. this caused a huge mess. right from the beginning.Consumer Cellular

1 starA real scam company that first tells the perspective customer there is no contract. But somehow they forget about their own 1 sided user agreement, that tells people CC has no liability what so ever in their contractual dealings with customers. No email address to get anything in writing. **************** reps that have no problem lying to customers either. No voice service for 9 days and counting and no follow up by CC on original repair order. Then give an address to a permanently closed building so the customer can get in touch with their legal team. Save yourself a lot of time, money and problems and go to a different cell service as CC is the bottom of the barrel of cell phone companies. Buyer better be very aware and go ******* on this scam outfit.Consumer Cellular

1 starI am a senior belonging to AARP. I live on Social Security and need to find a lower rate phone service . When I called this morning I was turned down because my address does not come up on their list. I live in an RV resort permanently. The address is legal on my drivers license and all of my mail is delivered by ***** In addition Amazon and Fed Ex deliver packages and diabetic medication top my address. I was told that CC does not serve people in RV Parks or campgrounds. HUGE disservice and discrimentory to a huge population if this is true. I live at Bonnet Lakes ********* in ********* ******* year round.Consumer Cellular

5 starsMy phone stopped working probably due to battery so I wanted a upgrade and ordered it on Friday. It was delivered on Sunday. I didn't have to pay for expedited shipping. It was just standard delivery. I have been very happy with the service Consumer Cellular provides.Consumer Cellular

1 starMy opened an account with ********************** two years ago in his name, and the monthly fee was taken from my bank account. I recently closed that acct after trying to close an acct and opening an acct in my name!!!! It took more than 2+ hrs for 2 consecutive days with Reps to close acct. and open a new acct. Both were helpful and closure was successful. However, I needed to activate phone on day three and got a different Rep who kept asking me for acct. that is closed and couldnt help me. Keep in mind the acct was closed! Different phone number, different phone owner. it seems that only a few CCReps even know what they are doing. I opened a new acct. in my name & bank account the day before!!!! Too confusing, when I told ******* I am a new phone ************ and bill payment is my name. She insisted on asking me for info for closed acct number i. My husbands name I checked my bank acct. yesterday and $37 was withdrawn by consumer cellular phone! The monthly bill is $22.00! I plan to dispute payment. No payment was due.Consumer Cellular

As we bill in arrears for service, there is always one final invoice for service provided through the cancellation date. This may also include any previous balance that was already due on the account. We do not recommend disputing the payment as it could lead to further charges on the account. Please contact us at the number listed above at your earliest convenience so we may go over the invoice and charges with you.
