5 starsShipping was very fast especially over the Christmas holiday. The phone is great and service wonderful. Compared to my previous provider Consumer Cellular is awesome.

5 starsI have been a customer of CC for two years. I have been assisted on some occasions with my account. The staff have been patient with my not to great knowledge of smart phones, but I have learned. I got new upgrades and the transition was good with the help of the staff at CC. 1 starYour customer service and 5G rollout are a bad jokes. My wifes first generation se iPhone will not work on 5 G. Your people knew that and still said that her phone would work on 5G. No wonder you are loosing so many loyal customers. You have earned! Thank God for Target. They solved my problem in 15 minutes. I waisted 6 hours trying to get help from you. 1 starOn 12/27/23 I called consumer cellular about my price. I already canceled one phone on 12/13/23 and the internet on the other phone which brought the price down to $14.99. I saw a price of $50.20 after 10 days that I have canceled. Have the month before 12/13/24. Then I get all these these hidden fees. This is why my bill kept getting higher every month. Yet with Cricket or Boost. My bill stays the same for $50 or $60 every month. These people are get overs. Not no more. So I canceled them today 12/27/24. Now I will rock off my internet from my house and use my Textnow app phone and use my Textnow app phone in the streets with poor service of course until I get another Cricket chip and use tat phone again. No more consumer cellular ever again!!!Consumer Cellular
