5 starsEverything was great. So far, we have been extremely pleased with Consumer Cellular. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I was able to activate my phone from the info you sent without having to contact customer service. It took a little time, but was by far the easiest transaction I have encountered doing business with other carriers. Thank you and keep up the good work.

3 starsReceived the Iphone earlier than anticipated. Ordering online was easy and I opted for the monthly payment plan which was also easy to obtain. There were very limited directions enclosed with the new phone from CC on how to transfer from my old Iphone to the new one. (Already a current CC customer). The enclosed instructions state that step by step instructions could be found on my current CC online page, but there was nothing available. Eventually, I called in to CC only to find that the customer service reps were on holiday until January 3. The automated service was not able to help and the online AI chat was also useless.However, I am happy to report after several hours of trial and error I was able to figure it all out. I am only giving 3 stars because it seems that CC should be able to provide detailed instructions in the packaging or actually include step-by-step directions on the account page. I have no complaints with the phone.Consumer Cellular

2 starsPhone arrived on time. In good condition. Because I got locked out of my account due to password issues I had to use *************** person to activate my e-sim. Ugh. Not a smooth process, and ended up having big problems with data transfer from my old phone. Still working through the process of getting my apps back. Not happy.Consumer Cellular

1 starConsumer Cellular sent me a ****** Pixel 6A back in February 2023. For a few months the phone worked break. Then it started having service issues. Would go in and out of service when I had unlimited data. Wouldn't make calls or texts even when I had Wi-Fi calling on. I called consumer cellular probly 30 times. They tried everything to get it working again and nothing worked. I finally called asking to get a warranty and they found every excuse to not give me a new phone, claiming service issues are 'not their problem' and that I wouldn't get a warranty because there were scratches on the back of my phone because they kept making me take my case off to put the *** card in and out. Not happy at all with how they have handled the situation and will be cancelling. They are still trying to make me pay off a defective phone they sent me and are not making this right.Consumer Cellular

1 starYes, I received my phone quickly but it has the wrong phone number attached to it and they promised a fix in 24 hrs, but it has been a week now. New phone but no service. And the old phone has been disconnected by the previous carrier. Terrible business practice.Consumer Cellular
