4 starsSo far so good! we're new customers. We were able to keep our own phones and phone numbers, and even with the New Years holiday weekend we still received our new sim cards in less than a week. Getting the service working was easy! I am looking forward to our first regular bill which will be lower than what we pay with another service. Thank you!

5 starsI've only been with CS for just over a year and have had no issues with them at all. I recently went from an Apple 12 to a 15 plus. Since I live in ********, where CS is based, I had my phone in just a day or two. I am waiting now on the amount of refund I'll get from the Apple 12. This is Monday, January 8, I only sent the old phone in on Friday January 5.Consumer Cellular

5 starsThis is not your fault but **** left the package at my front door and left a note that I had to sign for it at the post office the next day. I never checked the front steps . I went to the post office the next day and they said the package wasnt there. I found the package on my front porch. It had sat there overnight in 28 degree weather. Everything is fine. 5 starsvery happy with consumer cellular love the phone but upset with **** due to the value of the phone it was necessary to sign for the phone i was not at home when the phone was delivered not sure who signed for it or if the carrier signed my name phone was left outside and i was not aware it was there untill the next dayConsumer Cellular

3 starsPhone is I guess nice. It's almost dead and NO Charger was included. I called and was told I'd have to buy one from Target or Amazon. What?!?! NOT Cool!! So more money, wait longer, Already I'm Disappointed!! Crazy!Consumer Cellular
