1 starOne Star is too many for the customer service I had experienced. They offer some of the Poorest customer service Ive ever encountered. I purchased an iPhone14 through them. It didnt function from the moment I transferred my old Apple phone product to the new. I hadnt had it a week so, under contract, they should have exchanged the phone. CC told me it was an Apple problem and I needed to go to them. I did. Apple was in favor of replacement. The Apple iCare rep made a 3 way call on my behalf to get things expedited and Made right for me. CC said THEY had to troubleshoot the phone before they would do anything. I had made several phone calls to CC and wasnt ever told they could troubleshoot the phone. I was just told to go to Apple. Now Apple agrees theres an issue, CC insists they must try to fix it? The Representative, ****, at Consumer Cellular was beyond extremely rude to the Apple iCare rep!!!There is no way I can, in good conscience, choose to remain a customer of ********************** after hearing how **** treated Apple. Nor can I recommend CC to others after my experience.10 hours of sitting on the phone between CC and Apple as well as 2 trips to the Geek Squad (one visit was 3 hours long), Im returning the iPhone to CC and switching to a different phone carrier!Consumer Cellular

All our phones do have a 1 year manufacturer warranty, but have required troubleshooting that needs to be completed before the process can be completed.
