Many new devices, no longer include a charger plug in the box because these manufacturers want to minimize the impact their products have on the environment. Customers are encouraged to continue using their current charging plug, while new users will need to purchase this separately.Review fromMichelle K

5 starsSo far so good. The phone came in 3 days. I wasnt expecting until next week.. He only uses after his IPad runs out of battery. ( my son is autistic 14yr old) we also have phone to take to grandmas house who has no internet service. Works great. My husband purchased the outer box and screen protectors.Consumer Cellular
