3 starsI called for help yesterday and the person I spoke with was not friendly and didn't really listen to me. I'd tell her what I was seeing, and she'd only tell me what I should be seeing, so I gave up and told her I had to go. Hopefully when I get around to trying again, I'll get a different person.Consumer Cellular

5 starsThey had me and my daughter on a plan that we had to share minutes and they said that we had unlimited minutes and we shared 50 gb she had 25 and I had 25 and they told me if I wanted more minutes I had to buy more but if we had unlimited why do I have to buy more if we had unlimited my daughter used to call me and say daddy my minutes is all gone and I had to pay for more minutes and as I buy more minutes they said we ran out of our minutes and I just got tired of buying more minutes every time my daughter needed it and I told them I wasnt buying anything else because my daughter is in school and every time she would come home and say daddy my gig ran out and the phone went to move slow and we had to wait until our cycle comes up before we could get more minutes and every time I tell them they tell me I just had to buy more minutes and thats sad but if I had unlimited I would have to by any more minutes if I had unlimited right so I was not buying no more minutesConsumer Cellular
