4 starsSetup took a couple of days due to phone number not being attached to correct phone that was ordered! After 2 days got all taken care of and was very happy with all my customer service calls!

4 starsGot my phone and everything went well getting it set up except one thing. I got a charging cord, however there was no charger sent with my order. I don't have a charger like the cord uses. So, what do I do when the battery goes dead?Consumer Cellular

Most phone manufacturers no longer send us the wall plug for the phones in an effort to be more green.They do include the charging cable which we send to our customers.
