2 starsI cancelled my order. I previously tried to go with them and had a terrible time getting my number to port. The same thing happened this time and they indicated I had the wrong account number. I checked twice with **** and that was not the case. I am sure they are a great company and service for some, but I just was not impressed.Review fromCheryl R

5 starsThe phone came very quickly and was easy to activate. One weird thing about the charger that came with it. It doesn't fit in normal ports. Appears to be the same on both ends. This might be on ********Consumer Cellular

5 starsI'm very pleased with your service. I ordered it on the expedited shipping, & got it the very next day. It did take me a while to get up & working, but at 78, I'm lucky I can work these phones, They are always a challenge to work with.Consumer Cellular

2 starsFor the many years that I has service it was great, but i ended up having a new phone with issue on their service. When i called for assistance I guess they added this new pin system for protection that I had never set up. So they kept asking for a Pin that didn't exist till finally they checked and saw it doesn't. Anyway i tried for about a month to get it going but didn't have any luck. Called to cancel and gave the pin but they never confirmed if it was right or wrong. They canceled my service and then told me cause the pin was wrong i would not get the transfer number. they would have to go though a process to reactivate the account then ask for my pin again and its just too much hassle. Why can't there be a cancel service other then by phone? If you phone has issues, they make you **** for a workaround.Consumer Cellular

Please note, the Security PIN is a new requirement as of last year due to rulings by the **** It is there to protect the customer's account and phone number. To change a PIN we would need to verify the account by using the email address on file, sending a text message, or calling the Primary Contact on the account.
