4 starsThe phone arrived quickly. The transfer from old phone to new was a little confusing, but that had to more to do with switching from one phone brand to another and getting them to talk to each other. Still love Consumer Cellular's easy-to-use and understand service.Consumer Cellular

2 starsI was away from home when phone arrived at post office, returned to town a couple of days later and picked up phone at post office.Not sure beyond that because as I write this phone is not usable to make phone calls.So far I would rate difficulty in activating significantly more difficult than expectedConsumer Cellular
