5 starsEverything went pretty smooth. Activating service on my phones after getting the new sim cards took a couple of calls for assistance, but the service reps were awesome and had me up and running quickly.

3 starsDismayed that transferred of my phone number was NOT a simple task, just like last time (i tried C Cellular before). Nowhere in product pkg info was it ever mentioned that I needed to get a release pin # from last carrier. Then, when transfer initiated old service ended, but it was over 2 days before C Cellular service began. So, in talking w C Cellular to complete setup I had no phone to use! And C Cellular said I could always initiate/complete setup task on line, but I wasn't allowed to create an account and work with them online because I had no service set up yet! And I am hopeful the new phone lasts a while this time.Consumer Cellular
