4 starsThe process was fairly effortless once I figured out that I didn't need a sim card. Didn't know that the Galaxy S24+ didn't have an SD Card slot? But 256 gigabytes is enough storage space. Your over the phone representative was thoughtful and patient. Overall I was very satisfied!Consumer Cellular
